Speedy and Reliable
The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love my new computer! All the items came perfectly packaged, and the quality of each item is amazing! Super reliable and the speed is outstanding with the wifi usb adapter. Perfect setup for my work from home station 👌

WiFi by USB adapter, hard drive failed
I am mostly satisfied with this PC. It is small and very fast. I was disappointed to find out that one usb port must be dedicated to the wifi adapter. Mine came with a Cudy WU650. I hope this turns out to be a reliable setup. There was no indication in the description that the wifi capability was anything other than internal.After 9 months, the 1 TB SSD failed. The computer was under warranty so Dell sent a technician to me who replaced the drive, but Dell said they sold this computer with a 256 GB hard drive and that was all they could replace it with. So I now have a smaller drive than what I paid for.

Non-Dell Hardware - Modified with Aftermarket RAM, SSD, Wifi - Not Wifi 6 As Advertised
This is a very scammy product, probably a Dell return modified by a third-party with aftermarket RAM, SSD, and Wifi. May not be supported or warrantied by Dell due to modifications. Wifi is not built-in from Dell, but a cheap aftermarket USB wifi radio plugged in back. Not Wifi 6 as advertised, but much older Wifi AC. Wifi adapter is very, very slow when connected, and caused entire PC to overheat with fans running on high continuously. Beware!!!

My first Dell OptiPlex and I am more than happy about this purchase. Not only is it exactly as described but the performance in incredible. I will 100% be ordering a few more for everyone in my office! I use this primarily for business (heavy use) and the performance truly is impressive. Very satisfied customer!!

Great little computer
I recommended and purchased this computer to update a SOHO medical office. They love it and it should provide years of functionality.

This came with a mini CD and a USB wifi drive, not a built in one. You have to use another computer to copy the CD to a USB drive, then use that USB drive to install the wifi. Weird.
