good overall just some small preference problems i have
ill make some points i like and things i dislikeThings i like:- keyboard feels nice and weighted- you can adjust the height- you can customize keys- there are differnet kind of background lighting options i think 9 but you can import your own or find them on the internet which im not going to bother doing- can change out keys to other colors as they give you about 30 spare keys or so which still isnt enough to get a full coloured set of keys but thats fine as the picture doesnt advertise that anyway.- you have a wheel to control volume by going left or right or pressing it to mute- has subtle backlighting- built in wire organizer thing at the bottom of the board to run the usb c cable throughthings i dont really like myself that i think a keyboard of this price should have- the subtle back lighting isnt really bright on full brighness and the light doesnt come up and light the letter on the key so you cant really see what you type if you type at night and dont have a super bright monitor directly near it but for me its not really a problem- i dont really care for this kind of thing but it doesnt have like any color options for lighting all i can see is "white" which looks blue but maybe theres a way in the software to change this i just cant manage to find it- the software is pretty bad and confusing to use but overtime im sure youd figure it out. oh and i didnt have a piece of paper telling me where to get it so make sure to just type the keyboard bran in google and go to their website and search your keyboard and click software and drivers and download the program for windows or macif youre looking for a keyboard and you dont want to touch it for it to be a nice sounding, feeling and good build quality id recommend it 100% but if you really like rgb do not buy the type that i got which is the one that is shown in the official picture of this keyboard (the one with pink and blue ish keys) im not really sure about all the other options but yeh for my one it doesnt have like coloured lights just white but again it is blue not white as it says so there is a chance ill find out how to change it later on. its just an overall nice keyboard

It is the best keyboard ever and definitely worth more than it is priced
I have never written a review for any products but this one surely deserves the recognition. It is great, it is superb and I would definitely recommend anyone to buy it. You will not regret it. I bought it when it was on sale and I would without a doubt pay the full price given its quality. Well-built, polished and enhance the way I type.

SKYLOONG GK75 Lite Keyboard with Gateron Optical Yellow Switches
The SKYLOONG GK75 Lite is an impressively designed mechanical keyboard that stands out for its build quality, customization options, and affordability, especially when paired with Gateron Optical Yellow switches. This combination offers a solid typing experience that will appeal to both casual users and enthusiasts looking for a budget-friendly option without compromising on performance. Here’s a closer look at what makes this keyboard an excellent choice:Design and Build Quality (9/10)The GK75 Lite has a sleek and modern aesthetic. It features a compact 75% layout, which strikes a perfect balance between space-saving and functionality. The layout is ideal for those who don’t need the extra keys on a full-sized keyboard but still want a functional set of keys for efficient typing and gaming. The build quality is solid, with a plastic frame that feels durable, and the keyboard has a nice weight to it, giving it a premium feel despite the more affordable price. The RGB backlighting is a highlight, offering vibrant and customizable colors through software. The lighting effects are bright and clear, and users can adjust the brightness and lighting profiles to suit their preferences, which is great for those who want a more personalized setup.Gateron Optical Yellow Switches (8.5/10)One of the most attractive features of the GK75 Lite is the inclusion of Gateron Optical Yellow switches, which offer a smooth and linear keypress. These switches have a low actuation force, which makes them excellent for both gaming and fast typing. The smoothness is noticeable, and the lack of tactile bump makes them ideal for those who prefer a quieter, uninterrupted typing experience. While the switches are linear and fast, they might not be suitable for users who enjoy a more tactile feedback from their keys. However, for gamers, the Gateron Optical Yellow switches provide fast and responsive input with minimal resistance, making them ideal for competitive gaming where every millisecond counts.Typing Experience (8/10)The typing experience on the GK75 Lite is pleasant, thanks to the Gateron Optical Yellow switches. The linear keypresses are smooth, and the low actuation force reduces finger fatigue during long typing sessions. While the switch sound is relatively quiet compared to tactile and clicky switches, it might still be audible in quiet environments. The keycaps are made of double-shot ABS plastic, ensuring the legends won’t wear out over time. For enthusiasts, the option to swap out keycaps for your own customized set is a nice touch. While it’s not a hot-swappable board (meaning you can't change switches without soldering), the overall experience is still solid for users who prefer a plug-and-play solution.Software and Customization (6/10)The keyboard comes with software that allows for key remapping, macros, and RGB customization. It’s not the most polished software on the market, but it gets the job done. The ability to program keys and set up multiple lighting effects is a nice addition for those who want to tailor the keyboard to their needs. However, the software can feel a bit clunky at times, and it lacks some advanced features that enthusiasts might expect from more premium keyboards. Still, for the price, the level of customization is good enough to satisfy most users.Value for Money (9/10)One of the biggest selling points of the SKYLOONG GK75 Lite is its exceptional value. For a 75% layout keyboard with optical switches and RGB customization, the price is incredibly competitive. It delivers a satisfying typing experience with a solid build, smooth Gateron switches, and a customizable RGB setup—all at a budget-friendly price point. All for £30Final ThoughtsThe SKYLOONG GK75 Lite is a fantastic choice for those looking for an affordable yet high-performing mechanical keyboard. The Gateron Optical Yellow switches provide a smooth, linear typing experience that’s perfect for gamers and typists who prefer fast, quiet keystrokes. Its solid build, customizable lighting, and decent software make it a great entry-level or mid-range keyboard that punches well above its weight in terms of value. If you’re after a 75% layout keyboard with smooth and responsive switches at a reasonable price, the GK75 Lite with Gateron Optical Yellow switches is a compelling option that should meet most users’ needs.

Great Value For Money
This keyboard is fantastic for those seeking a more high-end option without wanting to pay a large amount. Everything appears to be carefully produced and has a satisfying sound profile, better than a fair few more expensive options. However, even for someone who is reasonably tech-savvy, the software is complex to use. While tutorials are available online, Skyloong should really provide more comprehensive instructions in the manual to make the user experience more accessible for beginners. Qualms aside, the value for money is excellent.

great for the price
this is the best choice for a budget mechanical keyboard, it is sturdy and the yellow switches feel nice. sadly for the price you need to be aware this keyboard only comes with static blue lighting that doesn’t get that bright but overall after a month of use i can say this is a great keyboard!

Good Budget Keyboard
I ordered the keyboard initially and it was lost in transit, I wasn't informed about it at all until I chased up on it and was told such.I reordered the keyboard and it is generally very good. Its quick, sounds nice and there is no ghosting which is great. High quality for the price. However: Sadly it isn't as quiet as the switch description described, but you can't describe audio with words that well so its okay. The worst part is that the rotary knob no longer works. It initially muted, raised and lowered the volume but sadly now it just doesn't respond at all.
