Fun, affordable, and surprisingly challenging—great for hand-eye training
I found this through TikTok and decided to buy it here for the easier return policy—though I ended up keeping it because it does exactly what it promises. It’s affordable, sturdy, and honestly more challenging than it looks at first glance. One tip: set it up closer to you than you’d expect. When you’re just starting out, hitting the ball consistently is tougher than it looks, especially if you’re working on reaction speed and coordination. I was pleasantly surprised to find it came with multiple bands and difficulty options, which made it more fun to improve over time.Great little tool for building hand-eye coordination and depth perception, whether you’re boxing or just trying to stay sharp.

I'd buy it again, but then I may be a glutton for punishment.
For the first month or so these will annoy the heck out of you. Then, when you gain a little skill, they will still annoy the heck out of you but at least you'll be able to hit the little ball more often. It's a fun little toy that actually DOES help develop eye-hand coordination.

Weirdly addictive
I have a history with things that look fun but end up being much harder than they look and I quickly lose interest. Exhibit A: The Hacky Sack. Exhibit B: Devil sticks. Glad to say this seems to have broken that trend.Sure, some YouTube videos are helpful when you're starting out, as long as you realize you're not going to get that "speed bag" rhythm off the bat. Definitely start with small light taps. The string length matters too (shorter is easier, though may result in getting hit in the face). I started getting the groove within about 15 minutes and get a little better every time I go back to it. It's weirdly addictive, not only to see how long you can keep a streak going, but also feeling a perfect bounce off your knuckles. I find myself wanting to do just 5 more minutes, then 5 more minutes. Definitely better than my history (see above). I quickly got to the point where I was throwing my shoulders into it a little and rotating my trunk, and that makes you feel a tiny bit sore after not too long. I'm hoping this will help with my middle-aged joint pain that's just started. This set gives you a lot for the price: Two headbands, 4 balls, and an extra string. The packaging also makes it look like not a toy but a serious training tool. The headband feels good quality and the string length is fully and easily adjustable (just wrap it around the band to make it shorter). This is a great deal on this item, even if there's no app to count your punches (not everything needs to be "smart").Update: I've moved up to the highest level ball and that one gives you the long distance you see on YouTube. It makes my knuckles a little sore so I think it might be denser or something, but it is more fun actually punching and not just tapping.

Fantastic Value and a Great Product
The media could not be loaded. Edit: I bought this at $9.99.I am currently working from home and I was looking for an exercise to do for a few minutes at a time that wasn’t pushups, pull-ups or sit-ups (I would find every excuse not to do them). Even though I had no previous boxing experience I looked at speed-bag platforms but did not want to shell out the money and install in my apartment if I wasn’t sure I was going to use it. So, I settled for a reflex ball and had really zero expectations for it.The value on this version is great, you get 2 headbands, and 4 balls plus extra elastic string. The instructions were clear and I was using it within a few minutes of opening the box.Would definitely recommend wearing eye protection as that little elastic band can get twisted up and snap you in the eye. Once I switched to the heavier ball I needed some hand protection as well. The best part is that I have been using it every day and have gotten pretty good at it. It’s been a great way to get exercise every day. One of the best value per dollar purchases I have ever made.

Threw it in the trash.
This set is just as listed. No problems with the product or shipping. Good idea overall. My kid did NOT like it whatsoever. It was hard for him to punch and coordinate. I thought I was helping by buying so many pieces. They just confused him. Not fun at all. As I was unable to return it, it went straight to the trash. This could be helpful for someone else, just not for us.

Fun way to get more movement in and alternative to screen time
The media could not be loaded. I bought this to do with my 8 year old son. We got set up and I said let’s do this for 20 minutes. We both loved it! We decided to do it every day for 15-20 minutes. He played with it off and on throughout the rest of today and has enjoyed it so much. It was $10 and I felt that was reasonable although I don’t think they should raise the price. Hardly anything is reasonable these days and you could probably get it for less on Te - mu if they did raise the price. But regardless, we thought it was a fun way to get more movement in and an alternative to screen time.

Don't waste your money
I've been boxing for person health reasons for years as a source of great exercise for the whole body. This boxing relx ball. Is total trash. Videos of people making this loom super easy are AI GENERATED videos. I've been at this hours each day and it's impossible to keep any rhythm or keep a proper fighting stance or even exciting proper punching. Maybe it's the brand name. I don't know but this specific item is total garbage. The ball never goes straight. Hit it with any fist any glove or flat object yet the ball always goes anywhere but straight in front of you at eye level. I am a boxer. All equipment I use speed bags etc. Work. This reflex ball. Is just a trash
