So uncomfortable
I can only imagine this is designed for a much larger person because it is so uncomfortable. I wanted support and cushioning for my sacrum but it just arched my back. It also moves around constantly. Would not buy

A wonderful aid for back pain
I am so pleased with this lumbar support pillow. Since using it this week, I have slept so much better as it has relieved the back/sciatic pain I am struggling with at the moment. I shall be taking it with me on holidays as I always suffer with back pain when I am away too.
