The vitamin is easy to swallow,requires you to take 2 a day, it's affordable but I wish it had enough magnesium because now I have to purchase another supplement for magnesium. It does clearly state the nutritional value so that was my mistake. It didn't upset my stomach.

I had my gastric bypass 15 years ago and I have tried I believe just about every supplement out there specifically for the gastric bypass and I started using this particular product about six months ago maybe nine months ago and my blood work is showing up beautiful again it’s doing great. I’m very happy with them. They work amazing. They’re easy to swallow. They don’t upset your stomach. I suggested them for anybody.

Intended for post-bariatric surgery patients like myself. Large, but easy to swallow capsules. Only complaint is that the gelatin or cellulose or whatever they use for the casing has kind of an oily residue on it. Not a big deal, though. I have been taking these for a couple of years now & my vitamin levels have been stable.

I got this one to try and then my iron levels dropped in my bloodwork. I showed it to my nutrionist and she was shocked this was being sold as a bariatric vitamin. It has low iron levels which is super low for someone like me who has a smaller stomach. My nurtionist said it was dangerous how they are selling it. So I stopped taking it and went with another one.

After bariatric surgery, I found myself tired at times. This was easy to use because of their small size. It was a good quality vitamin it gave me energy. The smell didn’t knock me out It doesn’t have a strong offensive odor to it and a lot of bariatric vitamins do. They also didn’t have a nasty aftertaste so this is a really good bariatric vitamin.
