I have been using Macks earplugs for a long time. I use them for motorcycle riding and to drown out snoring from my partner so I get a good nights sleep. These ear plugs are the best on the market. They are extremely comfortable and the noise reduction is above average when compared to other products (and I've tried a lot of them). The fit is incredible and I've never lost one while asleep. I sleep with a CPAP next to my head so the noise cancelling quality of ear plugs is very important to me and these ear plugs perform flawlessly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

These seem to be softer and they compress and expand more than typical ones I have bought from drug stores. I wear these every night because my roomie is a night owl, and I now have a couple years of positive experience with them. The sound attenuation is adequate when I insert them gently at night and there's no discomfort the next morning. If I put them in deeper against the ear drum, they block sound completely but they're less comfortable and somewhat hard to get back out.

These are great! They fit in my ears and expand perfectly to block out all sound. I run the fan at night, fire sirens in my neighborhood wake me up, as does the train horn almost every early morning and garbage pick up ( I like to sleep with the window open), my husband snores, and the dog barks when he leaves early for work! I hear none of it! I sleep so good now. I even use them during the day to have some peace and quiet when the kids get loud and chaotic.

These are great for smaller ears that can get irritated by other earplugs. I sleep with these every night and use then to make air travel more quiet. They do not bother my ears like others, the foam is soft and easy to put in or remove. Great earplugs.
