Hard to tell, as I ordered from this company 3 times and item was never delivered. Said they were out of stock on each occasion. Yet, each time they continued to list the item and let u order it.

Q: What is the current expiration date of the classic chips, and if the chips are stale or close to the expiration date can I get a refund?

you won't know the expiration date until they arrive. But if not satisfied, you can always return any thing from Amazon.
