Has anyone got one of these working with a Yamaha P125?

This Yamaha expression pedal will work with any compatible keyboard. In order to be compatible, it must be wired in the correct polarity (all Yamaha keyboards are) AND have an CC pedal input. A very quick Google of 'Yamaha P125 specs' reveals that this model does not have such an input and so will not work with an FC7. Your alternative option is to use an in-line stereo audio volume pedal, such as a Boss FV-500L. If you're intending to use the keyboard as a MIDI controller with a computer, you might also consider an external MIDI pedal interface, such as those made by Audiofront.

Can this pedal be used to trigger things like drum breaks or registration change or other assignable things?

I assume that it will depend on what keyboard you have but to answer your question, Yes. I use mine on a Yamaha Genos and it can easily be programmed for most things that are assignable. In fact I use two for various functions.

Can this work with korg triton le? i connect it but it doesn't do anything

Then you need to go into the settings of the Korg to change the setting as there are usually 2 setting to chose from but it will work you just need to set it correctly
