Besides being heavy and difficult to push, this vacuum is AH MAY ZING! I have a dog and two cats, and It made my carpet look new!I do not recommend for steps, because it is heavy and the tube extension is not that long…. But for everything else I HIGHLY recommend!

I received my vacuum today and this is my review. It arrived faster that they said so hooray. I am a 58 yr old retired, due to RA and other health issues, plumber but I do all my own household cleaning. I read the reviews before buying this and thought it would work well for my home. I have 3 mini Aussies and spring is here. I have a full house of carpet. My original vacuum died. There are a bunch of awesome features including retractable cord, bagless and washable filter. The reviews I read said suction was great- and it is. Also that it was heavy- but I have a 1 story so no problem here with stairs. Unfortunately heavy is a understatement- I had to take several breaks vacuuming because it was so very heavy. I was able to time the breaks out with emptying the very small canister out as the collection canister is the smallest I have ever had. Both bad points. The cord is about 2 feet shorter than my old vacuum(same brand, different model) so have to move plug ins. The front leaves a 2 inch gap up to a wall- and a 1 inch gap on the sides. That is very disappointing as it means I will be using the attachments to address this issue. It has a high base so where my old vacuum went under some of my furniture this one doesn’t so again attachments and more work. Suction is great- and I am sure my husband would push this around easily. I have never considered myself, despite having health issues, as being weak- but this vacuum made me feel very weak. I am hoping to build up my strength by using the vacuum over it. I will update this review after a while to see how it goes. But if you have any health issues I would think twice before buying this vacuum.• Update! I have used the vacuum now for a month. My carpet is old but we have a 15 year old dog and won’t buy new carpet up one day.. This carpet now has new life!! You can see and FEEL the difference! It looks great!! The vacuum- while still on the heavy side- but was working hard removing years of dirt and dust. The container is still small but I only have to empty it one time a room. I am keeping this vacuum!!

I had no intention of buying anything refurbished or used. The reason this had been returned last time is the screw that held the handle did not want to thread in. I would have returned this except my skill enabled me to get the screw to thread in.If I were going to buy second hand I would have wanted a deeper discount. So I got lucky that I corrected issue.

You know you can't complain a little vacuum works around the house using at least once twice a week but after 11 years things leak stuff doesn't work anymore and it just doesn't have the same suction to replace everything new brush knew about new canister as it was starting to leak the hose had holes it was just better off to get a new vacuum while looking I saw this beautiful item right here and said yes it's mine And they had a reverb which I thought well that seems like a nice idea ordered it arrived early clean sharp much better features than the old model it's replacing but But a few caveats The little brush sets the clean things around the crevices and what not were missing not a big deal the ones from the old machine can be adapted and that's fine and for the difference in price what I say is it worth it I paid 90 for this and the alarm was 135 beyond this type probably should have gone for the new model the vacuum itself or it's beautifully a much more upgraded filter kit that tells you when it needs to be rinsed and replaced and much cleaner hip hop filters and everything else Overall I'm very happy this time however Nobody else is this season but mine otherwise this will be a wonderful vacuum for our home 5 out of 5

I am aware the product has been refurbished, but the missing screw to keep the handle in place was not in the vacuum nor in the packaging. I had to find a screw that fit in the handle to keep the filter basket in place. The cord rewind is jerky but does rewind the cord eventually. When I unpacked the unit, the handle was dirty and had to be wiped off. The attachments were in a plastic bag loose and just thrown in the box.The unit does the job for what I want it for. I have 2 carpets in my house and I just wanted a small vac to clean just those 2 carpets. Just disappointed in the condition the unit was in and me having to find my own screw to attach the handle.

Works great. Super heavy and does not maneuver well. Will gift to my soon to be ex. 😁

Retractable foot pedal not working just wanted and another foot pedal so my son could install it most of the parts they don’t carry anywhere discontinued not happy and I don’t have the box to ship it

I Love Bagless, Cord Rewind Vacuums. BUT I NEED TO SAY THIS TO ALL VACUUM MAKERS.YOU NEED TO MAKE THE ACCESSORY WAND/POLES LOCKING. IN OTHERWORDS SO THEY LOCK IN.SO YOU CAN TWIST THEM AND THEY LOCK IN PLACE. I am so tired of the poles coming apartwhile reaching. Not ever far because you can't reach far.AND 2ND IS THE ROLLER BRUSH NEEDS TO DISENGAGE WHEN YOU ARE USING THE THE WANDWITHOUT TURNING THE KNOB DOWN BELOW. WHICH IS A PAIN.GET ON IT!
