This brace fits as expected, although the shoulder straps do not allow for placement as an SI belt. I loved that they put the loop Velcro on the back of the tightening strap, so that you could increase intra-abdominal pressure like you can with more expensive pulley braces. That part also seemed to be sturdy and well stitched. Unfortunately, the belt loop style fasteners on the brace were not as well secured and they tore off even though the straps were extended fully. I had to return the item as a result. After all, you can find similar braces without shoulder straps for less money.

Amazing! This is literally a back saver. I work in a warehouse and this product has helped my back tremendously! I wear it from the time I start work and only take it off during breaks and when I am done for the day. I used to go home and have to soak in a tub from lifting heavy boxes all day long. Now, I'm tired, but not as sore any longer. If you suffer from lower back problems, I highly recommend this back brace. Great job, StructureForm!

This strap is well made and the support I feel is noticeable and comfortable. The shoulder straps are adjustable and lightweight. It gives me the confidence I need without feeling bulky. From time to time I do diy stuff, and I'm glad that I have this back brace for added support. I definitely recommend it.

I wore this back brace for 2 days and my back felt great. My order of the Copper Back Brace came and I only wore it for 1 day and my back was hurting again. I have now ordered a 2nd Structure Form Back Brace.Bob
