Good customer service
Arrived on time and well packaged. I panicked at the weight! I thought they were going to be too heavy for the suspended ceiling frame. I called the seller who was extremely helpful. If I wanted to return the tiles in person he was prepared to open on a Sunday. But I trusted his advice and I now have a clean and smart new bathroom ceiling. Good quality product, good customer service.

Brilliant for my butty van.

NOT TRANSPARENT!
I asked if these tile where TRANSPARENT and allow florescent light to pass through... Feed back posted indicated they were and would... now they have arrived the answer is most DEFINATELY NOT... they are "reflective"... white tiles with a 95% "silver" surface coating ... no wonder they would brighten up a room... will be returning!
