Really great little pack!!
Warning: long review I’ve had this pack for a year. Used it for hiking and day trips where I want my hands free or need to bring a bit more with me. It's also great for taking to the farmer's markets, it can hold a lot. I honestly really like this bag. It has all the right pockets, it’s a good size (not for overnight trips) and is lightweight. It’s held up really well with rips, stains or broken zipper after a LOT use in the desert, forest and beach environments. I'm rough on my day packs so I'm super impressed given how inexpensive this was. I fill the water water bag, throw in sunscreen, emergency clothing, maps, an extra bottle of water, a flashlight, an emergency kit, phone with extra battery, some personal items and food! It surprisingly holds it all and doesn’t feel too bulky or heavy. Sometimes I even put in water shoes. I find it very comfortable and well balanced for such an inexpensive pack. The bag is quick drying, not truly waterproof, but it doesn’t get soaked through right away in a light rain. I’ve had no issues with the water bag leaking and the mouthpiece works fine. It’s pretty easy to fill and clean, but all of these types of bags are a little awkward. The big name water bags have given me more problems than this one has. Although at this price? A year or two of use seems pretty reasonable. I, of course, have a few complaints. The first is my ONE BIG PET PEEVE about backpacks. The water bottle pockets are ‘almost’ big enough for my water bottles. I can manage shove one in there, but it’s really difficult. Impossible if the bag is full and I always like to carry extra water. This issue isn’t unique to this pack, all of the packs I have are the same. I don’t use the oversize bottles, just the normal insulated ones. WHY can’t they make the pockets just a half inch bigger so the bottle fit?? The second improvement I’d love to see is a key clip inside one of the compartments. Maybe the clip on the outside is intended to be for keys, but I wouldn’t have my keys dangling on the outside of my pack for the day. I use it for a retractable clip with a compass. A clip on the inside would be great so I don’t have to dump and search for my keys at the end of the day. I would have liked double zipper on all the compartments, only the large one has them. Finally, the strap material could be a bit softer, but this really feel like I'm almost finding something to complain about. I don’t notice it at all unless I’m in a sleeveless shirt. If you need a really good day pack for hiking or day trips, I don't think you can go wrong with this one.

All Seems Quality - Two Thumbs Up
Update: 9/10/25 I wore it for several hours, (in extreme heat and two days in rain) at a WEC race where I walked for miles and had no cover overhead (from sun or rain.) It did not disappoint. The water repellent bag in the zipper pouch on the very bottom is a great idea. Given the packs small size, you can load it up pretty good. The straps and padding and material are all excellent. It's comfortable even with a considerable load. The pack itself is light weight. There's a strap at the chest and one at the waist if you desire to use it. I found the waist one actually helped bear the weight. My original review (before using it) is below: I might come back to give it five stars, but I haven't used it yet. I've never had one of these (of any brand) so I can't compare it to anything else. The main thing, the bladder, is constructed well and rests in an insulated compartment, (as the description says.) I will be wearing/using it a lot at COTA in Austin TX in two weeks and if there's an issue it should show up then. The breathable straps and padding exceeded my expectations. There are other pouches or pockets to store other smaller items. In the largest pocket I can carry my foldable chair. Surprise! With the bladder (two-thirds full) and the chair the entire rig weighs 10 lbs. Not bad for hiking or longer walks. If you are a runner, you won't want to pack so much, certainly not a folding chair. The materials don't look/feel cheap. The attached straps (one at the waist too if you want it) are easily adjustable. I can see where it's lacking anything. We'll see, soon enough.

Backpack great / Water bladder better
I love the color of this backpack and the many pockets. The water bladder design and straw are just awful. It's difficult to fill if you don't hold it just right because it doesn't open up to allow the water to flow into the bladder. You have to hold it open. It's difficult to get inside to wash it properly because the hole is too small. When I leave it on a rack to dry, I often come back, even days later and realize that water has accumulated on the bottom (top), meaning after I empty it again, it requires a good three more days to dry. The straw has had drops of water in it for almost a week, even after disconnecting the mouthpiece. Speaking of that, it's very difficult to get enough water per sip. It doesn't open enough. On my way back on my last hike, I couldn't get any water out, it felt blocked but I thought it might be empty. It was more than half full. I'm not sure what happened. Spend a little more money and get a good bladder. UPDATE: The day after I wrote this review, the seller wrote me a very nice note and offered to send me a newer version of the bladder that came with the pack. I was blown away by how kind they were and how honest and prompt. They said I would receive my new bladder by the 6th and I did. I have not tried the new bladder yet but the opening to fill it is larger and there is a cover over the straw so you can protect the part that goes in your mouth. They also suggested that I dry out the inside with a paper towel. I couldn't easily do that before since the opening was so small but I think I can now. Thank you!

This is a great backpack! Super happy with it. It’s very comfortable and has tonnes of space and pockets. I really like how there’s a built in rain cover (haven’t had to use it yet). I initially thought the water bladder was faulty because it leaked where the straw connected, but it just wasn’t tightened enough! So make sure it’s fully fastened before you head out!

This is a great Camelbak and doubles as a convenient day pack as well. It has a 2L bladder that secures on the inside once loaded. There is a lot of external storage and plenty of internal storage for a day trip. I searched high and low for a comparable pack and couldn't find anything that could compete with the price. The chest and waist straps secure it to your body to prevent movement while hiking. Highly recommend this item.

Vino con una parte derretida y residuos de plastico fundido; un pequeño detalle desagradable aunque en general la mochila se siente de buena calidad y tamaño
