I had surgery and considered returning this item, as the hospital supplied one. I am ever so glad I didn't! Some of the great features: 1) There is a velcro mate on the tab that you can use to launder the item! Brilliant! 2) The velcro tab itself is slightly tapered. This means it always fits on the belt, even wheni it's at a slight angle. I have so many snags from the hospital provided belt. 3) The stitching between the bands of elastic is tight and feels like it's good quality. 4) The velcro tab can adhere to any location on the belt. This is wonderful, as it gives so much flexibility to the belt size AND makes it more useful as the elastic stretches with use. I love this item. I have never been so glad I didn't return something in my life.

It’s okay I guess. It rolls, so that creates a discomfort and it’s kinda short, so unless you have a short torso, it doesn’t work all that great :/

Happy with the wider binder. Initially purchased the narrow binder, and customer service reached out to me to replace with the wider one. It is so much more comfortable! Thank you!

The velcro shreds up the cloth and quits working after about 2 months. I do not recamend this product.
