side tray is missing & vertical and horizontal scratches on front side of fridge
I got the LG Fridge 185 litres. The fridge is missing 1 part (side tray) below the egg tray. There are scratches on front side of the fridge. The deliver person took 200 Rs for deliver charges. It very pathetic service. They didnt care about the product and quality. LG is arenowned company no doubt about it but the service is pathetic. Please ensure to provide the side tray and remove scratches.
