I started using this Black Diamond Stoneworks concentrate on our bathroom, kitchen, utility room, and patio tiles, and it’s been outstanding. It cuts through everyday grime without leaving streaks or residue, and it brings out a nice natural shine on stone surfaces. Because it’s concentrated, a gallon goes a very long way—I use it biweekly to monthly and expect it to last for years. Bonus: it’s been great on our countertops and other stone, too. Oh wow. Let me just start by saying—this Marble & Tile Floor Cleaner is so powerful, I’m convinced it’s erasing not just the dirt, but also the shame from my poor design decisions (hello, beige granite). I poured a little on my ceramic floor, and I swear it hissed like holy water on a demon. Ten seconds later, the tile looked like it was ready for a Vogue photoshoot. I half expected it to say, “Thanks, queen,” and walk off on its own. It says it’s "Great for Ceramic, Porcelain, Granite, Natural Stone"—and oh boy, it is. It cleaned my porcelain so well, I looked in the mirror and thought I was the one who got exfoliated. Even my granite countertop blushed a little, probably not used to being touched so tenderly. Smells like lemony justice, by the way. Not that fake “fresh linen” nonsense. No, this is the real deal. Like your house is about to be featured on a cooking show and Gordon Ramsay won’t yell at you about hygiene. Does it remove deep, spiritual grime? No. But it does make my kitchen floor sparkle like it’s trying to get promoted. Highly recommend if you want your floors so clean you feel obligated to walk around like you're in a museum. Barefoot? Not anymore. You’ll be hovering out of respect. Would buy again—unless it gains sentience and starts judging me.

WORKS GOOD ,CLEANS WELL . LOW SMELL

I have used different cleaners over the years and I am a little hesitant to try something new and get the same disappointing results. This one surprised me. I mixed it with about 15 oz to 1 gallon of water due to the tile I was trying to clean. I poured that into a spray bottle and sprayed down the bathroom floor. I waited about 30 min and came back to start cleaning. At first I was thinking this is OK. I had wet down a small towel and was wiping down the floor with warm water. I took a scrub brush to the gout and it was coming clean. I was thinking that this stuff seems to work. I am very pleased with the results. This and some elbow grease did the trick. I recommend this product.

Perfect! For all types of tiles and marble.

This helped. Certainly made it brighter looking, but did nothing to remove rust or stains. For that we used Barkeeper's Friend and a drill with a coarse cleaning brush on the end. That took out the rust completely and a lot of the dark stains, but still not everything. Next I'll try a power washer and see what happens.

This product works excellent!

Decent floor cleaner. Streak-free shine and no sticky floors. If your floors are tacky, you're using too much.

Dans ma cuisine, plancher de marbre, c'est fantastique. Dans ma salle de bain plancher de marbre aussi mais ça laisse des traces, faut rincer et essuyer. Par contre dans la cuisine aucun rinçage et ça brille.

This product is good value and does a wonderful job. The scent is very pleasant and the floor is wonderfully shiny and streak free. I would definitely recommend.

It couldn’t remove a stain on my marble table. Not good for tough stains.

Did not receive the product as there was a custom issue . Received the refund. Supplier was nice . Bought the smaller one and it worked well.
