Gorgeous
Right out of the box the set was exactlyWhat I was hoping for. Comparable to Le Crueset without the Crueset price. It’s solidly structured and the finish is beautiful. Can’t wait to cook and bake with them.

A restriction not mentioned on the website
Caveat. What the site did not tell me was that they do not recommend the item for oven temperatures greater than 350 F. I often bake at 400-425. This is very annoying and restrictive

Perfect
These handsome Staub ceramic baking dishes are lovely to look at, practical sizes for regular home use. I feel very safe using them under the broiler at high temperatures. I bought a second set in another color for freezer use and entertaining.

These rectangular baking dishes are the perfect size for smaller recipes. They are beautiful to look at and make a very nice presentation. I am very happy with my purchase.

Perfect for Gratin Dauphinois
I wanted to make Rebekah Peppler’s Gratin Dauphinois and need about a 1-1/2 qt. Baking dish to serve to guests and it was the perfect size.

I have a lot of Staub products and love them all. I use this pan quite often and found I needed a second one. Easy to clean and everything cooks nicely. Great product

I love my ceramic bakeware! I got this as a gift for my wedding and absolutely LOVE them. The ceramic is beautiful and such a great quality and my dishes always come out great. The smaller dish is perfect for making little treats!

Just the perfect size for one or two
I love these baking dishes! Form and function perfection! Food cooks evenly and clean up is a breeze! On my own now and finding bakeware for smaller portions has been a challenge…. These are perfect! They leave some leftovers that I can enjoy for work lunches!
