Had a THR Aug 2023 and these are brilliant in terms of comfort.I have a discrepancy of 1.3cm (which feels allot more!) however using two of these in one shore really levels me out!Very comfortable and if like me who is someone who has shoes on all day these are brilliant. One grip is I find I have to replace every few months.... Still worth it mind you as now arch pain etc.

The problem with these is that they flatten after a while. Also, the adhesion isn't that great

I got these to try as I am supposed to wear a couple of mm lift in my left heel due to a broken leg injury which has slightly shortened my leg. I do have some proper medical insoles that have a precise hard lift under a cushioned sole, but I only have one pair left and currently getting them renewed from the hospital is awkward.These lift come as a pack with 6 clear gel wedges and 2 black material/foam type wedges which I think are meant to be used as a topper to give a more comfortable heel.Thing is as these are gel they are not very precise as once you put your weight on them they are obviously going to compress and become thinner. Also they didn’t seem to come with any thickness measurementsFitting is ok, they have adhesive backing which sticks pretty well and in use they feel fairly comfortable. After a week or so of wear they haven’t slipped so that is ok.So they are good enough for cushioned heel lifts but if you require something with a precise height lift then they may not be for you.

These are really good and you can decide how high you need them, definitely recommend as they are really comfortable

I bought it to lift my heel up in a specific pair of shoes that I couldn’t wear due to them sitting on top of my ankle bone. Lifted my heel up and shoes are now comfy to wear.

I had a hip replacement, right hip, there was a discrepancie in my height after. These were great. I ordered a pair then ordered more. Good value for money.Would recommend.

After about a week of wearing in my work boots, they flattened.Update: offered me a refund but did not refund.
