Doesn't keep track of O2 levels
I love everything about this watch, except for 1 thing. It does not keep track of the O2 levels. It reads it, and if you look at the watch or the app you can see what your current level is, but there is NO record of past measurements. It's the one fault I can find. I had a reaction to the bands, but I expected to, and had some stretchy cloth bands waiting to be put on, so that was fine. But I'm currently wearing a free-gift-off-Temu level of watch so I can monitor my O2. I'll still wear this one when I'm going swimming, or something else that puts me in water, but I *needed* that O2 record. =(

Wrong charger
Ordered as a replacement and liked the band. Unfortunately when I finally needed it and opened the package, the charger is defective or the wrong one..it will not stay on the back to charge. Hoping my old charger will work. Have not used for tracking, so not sure how it will be for that.

Good watch but…
I love the look & style. It goes well with casual & dresses but the vitals are incorrect specially the BP. I went to the doctor & while they were checking my BP I realized how wrong my watch was. Now I’m questioning the HR, O2 & other features.

Band size??
I ordered a 20mm replacement band and it's to small, so now I have to return it. I don't understand why the manufacturer doesn't state what size band to use. Will probably end up returning the watch as well

Quit working after 90 days.
The media could not be loaded. Very disappointed! Watch worked fine until this week - now it's frozen up. All it does is flash on every 5 seconds and display what the time was when it quit working. I've tried the reset button, draining the battery, and fully-charging it. Nothing has made any difference; it won't reset or respond. At least the band still works.

Never worked
I was excited to try this device but it won't even charge. Never got to use it. Amazon CS was extremely helpful in issuing a return label for me and arrange UPS pickup at my door.

Horrible Bluetooth
It wouldn't stay connected and when it did my phone thought it was always in so I couldn't control media volume
