I love these cases! I have dropped my phone many times and even tho the case is light weight, it still has protected my phone from drops! I can use my buttons easy, it has a cover to protect the charging port. Cute color and easy to handle!

I have had two of these cases for my phone over the last two years. They are great! I only have a small chip in my screen protector after many, many, many drops.They do have an issue in the power and volume button area. Especially if you put your phone in a cup holder regularly! After about 6 months of use it starts to warp outward. It is ignorable until it is too bent to hit the buttons correctly at the a year mark.Longevity is not the best, but it will keep your phone safe!

Very effective protection. I have dropped my phone many times, on its corner, face-down, on-end, on its back, no damage at all to my phone. Three stars is because the case hasn't held up well, especially considering the price, and it is difficult to press the phone's buttons with the case on. The rubber surround has somehow stretched away from the phone so it can slip out of the case. I didn't give it two stars because Otterbox has a reputation for replacing their cases when they fail, and I don't anticipate having problems getting a replacement for this one. Despite these negatives, I will continue to buy Otterbox because they make armor for phones.

I've never had an issue with OtterBox. I've used their cases for years. However, I recently bought an s23 ultra and ordered an OtterBox for it. It was very ill fitting. I had a little bit of trouble getting it to fit right around the charging port and it kind of stuck out on the side up at the top, creating a gap for dirt and debris to get in around my volume and power buttons. I ordered a second one and started a return on the first one. The second one came in and it fits as snugly as any other OtterBox I've owned. I'm glad to see that this was just a one-time issue and that OtterBox has not lowered their quality. I have dropped my Note 10 plus multiple times and OtterBox has protected it through and through. I can only hope for the same protection for my s23 ultra.
