【10Channels+1TB HDD】Hiseeu 5MP CCTV Security Camera System,10CH CCTV Camera System with 1TB HDD NVR and 4X5MP WiFi IP Camera With Color Night Vision,2-Way Audio,Motion Tracking,Remote Access

I bought this wireless cctv system to monitor my horses at my home. This system replaced an old wireless cctv system we had and rather than buy the same again I was tempted by Hiseeu for the excellent price and features. I was looking for recordings and a wifi connection rather than having to plug in the ethernet cable to the NVR which meant I could position the NVR in a more suitable location in my home to get signal to the cameras outside at the horses barn. I got the system set up in the house and all cameras connected easily, it was literally plug and play. We then positioned the cameras externally where the old system cameras were. All cameras except one connected first time. The 4th camera needed to be relocated to an external position as it was in a shed and the signal was struggling. Although I have to say the help chat was super helpful to offer suggestions to solve the problem. It's also good to know that I can purchase an additional peice of equipment (range extender) to boost the signal relatively cheaply if I need it in future. After a couple of wifi drop outs the system seems to have settled down perfectly and I have some fantastic quality footage of my horses in their bed at night ( night vision has great clarity too) and wandering round their dry lot and field. I love the system, partly because I didn't have the recording feature previously, so I will have hours of fun watching my boys! All in all a super simple system, very effective, easy to set up (I am not technically minded at all) very responsive customer help to iron out any teething problems ( although there were very few). This Security system is top notch stuff. So much so in fact that I have recommended it to 3 other business owners who were considering a far more expensive setup at similar premises nearby. They are also over the moon with their systems. I installed this system myself at our storage yard 4 miles from our house and although the base monitor will require a permanent power supply to itself (which a neighbouring business kindly supplied and stores) I managed to make the system semi standalone by using a wireless 4g router (EE) to provide the WiFi network to the cameras, and base monitor. This is also hard wired to that neighbours supply but in essence could be trickle charged from a 5v solar panel in my opinion. Installing the app on my smartphone allows me and employees to keep an eye on whats happening at the yard wgen we arent there. The app itself is very easy to install and use, and will send notifications when events are recorded. I am not using the cloud storage option, but store recorded data/events to the built in hard drive on the base monitor SD instead which automatically overwrites after it reaches its storage limit. This is good enough for me and my needs, and most people I would say as cloud storage will add up over time. For the price of the system, the quality of the build, and the ease of use for a novice like me this system is fantastic value for money, and the customer support when I needed advice was excellent and prompt. Considering these cameras are sutuated about 40 metres from the WiFi router and the base station and only powered themselves by solar panels, its an amazing bit of kit. Full colour night vision is brilliantly clear too.

This is a very impressive system and very good quailty. The system is easy to install and conect to devices, I use Android using the app suggusted and it works fine. I have also setup with my PC with no issues,(just email for guidence). The picture quailty is spot on, night time views excellent and the auto tracking is spot on. Overall I highly recommend this system 10/10

Out of the box, I loved this product. Easy to set up, great picture quality, strong signal etc. Then, after just under an hour, the 12v 2amp power unit to the NVR failed. I tested the NVR itself by using one of the camera power units and it booted up quite happily (though indicating there was no storage facility because the 1amp plug couldn't run the hard drive). The NVR itself was therefore OK. So, I set up a return and replacement from Amazon. As ever, a highly efficient process, and the second Hiseeu kit turned up the following day. Great again, straight out of the box; for 45 minutes. At this point exactly the same fault as on kit #1 - the 12v 2amp power supply to the NVR failed again. Thinking it MUST be something I was doing, I contacted Hiseeu - twice, actually; Johnny & Jason. And yes. it was acknowledged in both cases the power units had failed. They kindly offered to send me a replacement, but having been bitten twice in 48 hours by the same fault, I'd lost confidence in the product. It may well be the problem is only in the batch/shipment from which my two kits came; that I can't know. But both have now been returned for a refund, and I've invested in an alternative kit - not Hiessu! I'm keeping my fingers crossed...

This system is game changing, no more drilling holes for power cables or placing camera's in sub optimal positions just to route them easier. The whole system took less the 2 hours to install and setup, it was so easy and intuitive. The camera's are good quality and the pan and tilt feature is really useful. I plugged the 10" tablet into my TV with the HDMI lead to make it easier to see, the video quality and colour accuracy are very good. I also downloaded the app so I can check the house when I'm out and about. This is a very good product, and I would highly recommend it for home security.

Good quality system, easy to install and great picture quality. My only complaint is that they have clumped the power input with the ethernet socket and the reset switch together which makes the cable extremely hard to hide.

Not often compelled to write reviews however spent many hours researching wifi CCTV systems. The are obviously better systems out there but the value for money with this package is outrageous. This is the 4th system I have had now. Unfortunately we have been visited several times by unwanted guests and we totally unaware as I turned the alerts off on previous systems due to the number of false alerts. It was only the fact neighbours told is we found the footage. Anyway on to this product. First the cameras are extremely well made and feel very solid. They take some brainpower to adjust them in to the right position using the three screws to rotate. They come with excellent fixings etc but you may need to ip55 rated water proof boxed to house any connections. I had previous holes to use for the power cable. I’m not great with heights but with the viewing angle the higher the better with these. It is VERY easy to set up…. When you follow the instructions, don’t be tempted to skip. I really was surprised how is it was to navigate the system and set up once you get a feel for it. The repeater function works brilliantly but I did purchase a booster as one of my cameras skipped every now and again but it was really far away from the box and another camera. The booster has stopped this and it works flawlessly. The app set up was easy and you can playback, set up notifications, send footage etc. There is a huge amount of adjustment available and can take some time to fine tune to your exact requirements. You can edit out areas for plants etc to reduce false alarms. You still get some, but I don’t mind these as I tend to mute them through the day, stuff like a sudden change of contrast when the sun comes out, and birds wandering round my driveway etc. I have it set to medium, I could try low but I am happy for now. Spiders webs are the real issue for false activations but I am yet to find a solution to these. The customer service with Jason is probably the best I have come across with online purchases, due to the time zone difference the replies are overnight but I have never waited long for a response. This system came in to its own when it captured 4 lads on my driveway last week. I happened to be on nights and noticed the alert immediately and the Police were alerts quickly. In summary I think this system offers excellent value for money in terms of imagine quality, functionality and usability. You just need to take time to set it up to suit your needs and have some patience with it. I will be adding another one or two cameras at somepoint.
