Great bookshelf! First time college student so this is good for now. The drawers don’t get stuck for me and I have a lot in them. I think other customers complain about them because they aren’t super smooth but this desk is meant to be vintage and the drawers part of the desk is a lot like a locker, an old locker. Super cute aesthetically but it isn’t super smooth to open. It doesn’t bother me but if your looking to buy a desk that looks vintage this is what your gonna get. The table top itself is pretty small though so I already foresee me purchasing a new desk once I get into my actual major and my general requirement are done. I already run out of tabletop space now with basic general requirement courses. I am certain I’m going to outgrow this desk but for now it’s so vintage and rustic and works just fine! Also, super easy to put together!

Perfect but wood top is really soft. Had to buy a writing pad so as to not imprint the wood.

It's a desk exactly for what its needed for, just for my kid's laptop, fits perfectly in his bedroom and it's also a great accent to the room.

I love this design and it's perfect for a boys industrial style bedroom! I was a little disappointed, because the top was stained, but not sealed and it's pretty soft wood. I ended up sealing it with a polyurethane. Even with the sealant the kids have already scratched the top while writing on paper and we've only had it about a week.

This desk prompted me to write a review. I'm a long time Amazon customer, and rely on customer reviews, so I though it may save someone some trouble. I purchased this desk for my 7 year old son. His room is industrial theme, and this desk looked perfect in the photos. When it arrived, I was extremely disappointed. It is extremely cheap. The wooden top is a very soft wood. Scratches easily, and definitely unable to write on it without damaging the top. The drawers are wonky and do not open or close easily. Being a brand new product and the high price tag, I expect more. I 100% regret buying this desk. I does look nice, but the functionality is nonexistent.

I purchased this desk for my 7 going on 8 year old son for his computer. I have it in his room on carpet. It looks really nice when you put it together along with holding the desktop computer on it. The negative is the wood is really soft. When you write on paper on the desk, it leaves marks. The price you pay for this desk..you would thing the quality of the wood would be much better. Overall, it is a nice first starter and it goes well with the decor of his room.

Really satisfied. Tall, Drawers are spacious, desktop soft but manageable, easy to assemble.

I’ve had this desk for A few months.Overall look of the desk is great.The drawers are the biggest downfall. They don’t slide smoothly through the desk, are very noisy, and have a tendency too want to fall out.The biggest downfall though is I was reaching in the get some papers out of the top drawer and scraped the right side, literally slicing a chunk of my skin off of the top of my hand! . The edges of the drawers are razor sharp if one is not careful!You’d think that being the drawers are metal it would have some kind of liner, or coating, to protect buyers from such incidents!That is honestly why I’m giving it a 1 star rating.The overall look is definitely a 4-5, but as far as functionality and safety it definitely could have been better inspected/tested!I do not recommend this desk for children!
