I liked the quality of this tree. It was very easy to assemble and it looks very nice. You might need to buy a bigger pot for the bottom depending on your preference. It is nice and full and looks more expensive than it was. Very nice accent to a room.

I don't write a lot of product reviews unless I come across something that is exceptional. I was a little skeptical about this faux Ficus tree, but took a chance anyway. Even though I had to return the first one I purchased (the joint connectors were misaligned), it still deserves a 5 star review. The second tree that I ordered fit perfectly together. You will need to bounce the tree a couple of times up and down against the floor so that both sections completely and securely come together. Simply hold the top section over the correct holes (which are marked), and a couple of taps should do it. The foliage and tree trunk are about as realistic as I've seen, and I've never seen a realistic faux tree at this price. After securing both sections together, it takes a few minutes of fluffing and shaping the branches, but it looks pretty great pretty quickly. I placed into an existing planter that I removed a dying live plant from, filled with potting soil for a more authentic look, and it's perfect for my location. I've seen faux trees at 2 or 3 times the price that weren't as nice as this guy. I can definitely recommend.

I love this faux tree. I get to shape this the way I think will look best in my living room and I have it that way now. The leaves and trunk are super realistic, however the trunk won’t fit together snugly. It has a gap, but that makes my tree one inch bigger than the description. Not that big of a deal. The pot it comes in is sturdy but so off scale to the actual size of the tree, so I bought a bigger beautiful pot to put this in. Plus, it matches my decor (orange in my rug). I purchased some polished rocks and fairy lights to make this an accent piece. (I filled the empty space in the pot with discarded cardboard and styrofoam, then added the moss and rocks on top to add additional stability).

I’m really happy with how this 7ft faux ficus tree looks in my space — it’s incredibly realistic! The trunk looks and even feels like real wood, and the slight flaking gives it an authentic touch that makes it look so convincing. My only issue was with assembly: the tree comes in two pieces that are supposed to connect, but the holes weren’t drilled quite deep enough. My husband had to use a drill to make the holes deeper so the two pieces would align correctly. Other than that small hiccup, I’m very pleased with this tree. It’s a beautiful, maintenance-free way to add greenery and a natural vibe to any room.

Stunning! packed well and very easy to set up. One of the pins to attach the top to the bottom was a tiny bit out of alignment so Ijust gave it a very firm tap of a hammer and all three pins went it in just as they were meant to. They are lush and beautiful. They look very real. I'm testing the leaf and stem to see if scotch UV fabric protectant will be safe to spray on them to protect them from the sun as they are on our covered patio which does get some sun. 3 days later...I've tested the leaves and stem to see if any color would come off or the stems would become brittle. All is well so I sprayed both trees with Scotch Water and Sun Shield. Hoping this will extend the "life" of these lovely trees from fading outdoors.

Beautiful trees. Nicely packaged and great value. Easy to assemble. I used my own pots and filled with rock stone and dirt to hold from it toppling over.

Beautiful and full. However, it smells horrible and currently loves outside to air out. Does not come with pot as shown. Just a plack plastic planter.

Update I just wanted to update this because the seller has bent over backwards to help me with something that was most likely damaged during delivery. My original item was damaged so after a little bit of a delay the seller reached out and offeeed to help. They offered a 7ft olive tree as the original item was out of stock. I wad sceptical and made the seller aware of this. They said it’s very nice and they were confident I would like it. I had said I was looking for a more fuller tree similar to my original and the triple golden cane palm tree was a closer match and similarly priced. I took the seller at there word upon continued assurances. The item arrived and my initial scepticism was confirmed. It was a very plain tree and due to it being an olive tree there was not fullness that was the original reason for order the ficus. So I got back in touch with them and brought up the fact I was never complete sold on the olive tree so could I send this back pay the £10 difference between the original item and the palm tree. They said there is no need to return and would I be happy to accept the 6ft palm tree. I agreed to this and I’m looking forward to it arriving. My neighbour is going to set this up for me as I’m in hospital and this was the last item to arrive for the redecoration to be complete. So from the service provided by the seller alone I would recommend them. Looking at both broadcasts I have received, the ficus was beautiful if it wasn’t for the damage which was the screw that attached the 2 parts together and a cracked pot. There was a very realistic feel to it and looked the part if not for the damage. The damage I don’t believe is the sellers fault, these are fufilled by Amazon and it looks like it was damaged by other heavier boxes being placed on top. It was more crushed rather than based based on where the box had damage. Also factoring into account the attention to detail by the seller from the moss topper for the pot, the quality of the brochure and instructions included suggest the seller takes great care in ensuring customers get quality products. The olive tree was very nice but it just wasn’t the look I was going for and would be very good for filling a spot in a busy area due to its minimalist design but this was the opposite effect of what I was looking for. The palm tree I’ll review once it arrives. I will conclude the seller is willing to go above and beyond to ensure I had the right type of product that would ensure my satisfaction. On this fact alone, I recommend the seller and that’s before we look at the quality of the products. ****** I order this item and was looking forward to it arriving. Unfortunately the delivery company have damaged it in transit because the box was damaged as if other heavier items were placed on top of it. The seller had no control on how drivers load there vans or trucks when transporting. The seller also take steps to ensure items arrive in good condition including the base being tied down with protection around the diffrent sections. The damage was at the base where the tree trunk was broken just at the pot. I was very impressed with how the tree looked even though it was damaged. I have seen a lot of faux plants and trees before but the details on this was amazing and very close to even feeling real because of the silk leaves. I screwed to the parts tougher and it’s not easy to find the join when screwed together. The pot is also heavy enough so you won’t find it easy to knock over but still light enough to move, very well balanced. The situation was not a problem for the seller because they immediately arranged a replacement tree that was a little bit more expensive as an additional apology. They also took on board my circumstance. The turn around times these guys have is very quick to sore the situation and delivery is very quick as well with both the original and the replacement being delivered DPD next day. Based on how there customer service team handled the issue, I would 100% recommend them and it still gets 5 starts in my book. It’s not often you get a company that will go above and beyond for you and with it being rare I always go back to sellers or shops that offer this higher level of customer satisfaction.

It is honestly a beautiful artificial tree and I was amazed at how well it was put together. Unfortunately once opened, there was an odor that by the time we had it together it was affecting my breathing. I Googled it and information said the odor could last as little as two weeks or longer and realizing I could not deal with it for that length of time I requested a refund which was processed and looked after immediately. With that being said, my rating is based on how nice the tree looked and how much I would love to have kept it.
