Great value for money. Really tasty vanilla flavour. Can’t express enough how easy it is to mix. I make a protein coffee. Half mug milk and half scoop of this protein and boiling water. I kid you not all it takes it is a stir and it has mixed with no lumps! No need for a milk frother that I use for other protein powders.

I liked all this product stood for in terms of the protein coming from grass fed cows and was organic, which is why I was just a little surprised that the same company decided to use Sucrolose as a sweetener. It is touted as being a close alternative to sugar, but in reality, is still broken down by the liver into toxic chemicals. However, after looking at the ingredients of several brands, I was coming to the conclusion that I probably wasn't going to find one without any type of artificial sweetener in it. So I ordered it anyway as my need for additional protein at this time, was more important than any long-term health implications there may or may not be. I put a couple of scoops in a blender with two banana's and a handful of raspberries and filled it up with whole-fat milk. It tasted fine and seemed to compliment the natural ingredients used, except for one thing, it was far too sweet. So much so that it somewhat overpowered some of the sweetness of the natural fruits present, which was a little disappointing but still enjoyable, nevertheless. After a couple of days of using this stuff the sweetness of this stuff is starting to bug me. You know there is sweet and there is SWEET. But this is ridiculously sweet. Why does it need to be so sweet? Sure there are customers who mix this stuff up with water and maybe the quantity of sweetener used could be justified? I don't know.

Excellent product and a great price. No perfect, far too sweet, to be honest I don’t believe they need to adding sugars or sweetener of any kind. Let’s face it it’s not a luxury shake just a vehicle for delivering additional protein. It mixes fairly well and I have had no digestion issues. I have used it to maintain muscle mass whilst on a super low carb diet to great effect without feeling flat. On many occasions I have also drank it during very gruelling gym sessions and I feel like I have benefited as a consequence. Wey protein is so expensive now and at the current price is still doable. I prefer ON protein powder but this is a reasonable compromise. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again because cost to results ratios are more than acceptable.

Big kudos to reflex for updating their product. These proteins used to be not bad, but after the last order I've seen a noticeable improvement. I've taken whey for more than 10 years and I could never stomach them with water. I decided to give these a try this morning and mixing 65g in 200ml water created a velvety smooth, delicate and flavorful shake that went down as easily as anything else. I'm absolutely shocked at the value for money, well done reflex!

Does what protein does. Was happy with the price until it arrived and realised it was only about 21g of protein per scoop. Which means it 2 and a half big scoops per shake for me. So no so cost effective after all. Taste good mixes well.
