The glasses are thin and light, but they still have a small lip. One of the glasses I received had a bubble and the other one had scratches. I contacted the seller and received a replacement. The replacements had no scratches but both glasses had bubbles. For $7 a glass (price has increased since), the least I expect is proper quality control.This would have been a 5 star review if the first two glasses weren't poor.PS: I put a glass in the dishwasher for testing purposes (auto cycle), and the glass was etched all over. Not dishwasher safe - at least on a regular cycle.UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me and offered a refund. Customer service was great so far. However, at the end, they asked me to change my review to a 5-star review because the salary of the customer service team, made up of college students who "need to pay the [sic] high tuition fees," depends on product reviews.If what they say is true, improve your products, or quit your job because that is a terrible system. Producing cheap items, and begging and bribing for 5-star reviews is not how you run a business. My review is a product review, not an "increase-your-salary" review, and nothing changes.

Light in your hand. Comfortable to hold, even for large hands. The design of these glasses is so beautiful. My husband, who only cares if a glass holds liquid, said they were pretty. After he'd used one for the first time, he told that it felt good, that even with his large hands, he could hold the glass comfortably using the stem instead of being forced to wrap his hand around the bowl. His most recent comment was that he had just noticed how he liked the design of these glasses because the look as good as they feel.

Customer service is a guide to quality and Nina of Bella Vino responded promptly when I said one glass broke while washing. She immediately offered to replace or refund the purchase price. I gladly accepted replacement as these are elegant glasses and I really like them. However I broke the glass and should have been more careful. My original 3 star review was not about the quality of the glasses, but my own remorse at breaking a fine glass. I'm very pleased with the fine customer service. Thank you Nina, I promise to be more careful.

The reviews gave me so much hope and I was so happy to receive them so quickly, even on a Sunday! Thanks Amazon! It was packed well too. I really wanted to like these glasses but 2 things I had problem with:1) Lack of quality control: One glass was chipped at the rim and the another one had a bubble2) The rim is fairly thin but curves in slightly towards the rim which gave me a weird feel when drunk from it.

I purchased these after seeing the rating. These glasses are poorly made and 3 out of 4 had clearly visible scratches/bubbles and all had a rim that was not smooth. Although I liked the shape of the glasses, they are not well made. The glasses are from China and I doubt they are hand blown.

Don’t waste your money. The glasses are pretty to look at but that’s about it. They are so fragile that I was hesitant to even drink out of it, in fear of it shattering when putting back down. But, I gave it a go and was very gentle when handling. Upon cleaning the glass (with a baby bottle wand washer) I felt like the glass was going to crumble in my hands. It didn’t. But as soon as the glass lightly tapped the side of the sink, it SHATTERED. If a dish/glass can’t hold up to slight taping, it’s not worth the money. Got one use out of it. Pathetic.

Bought these to replace my roommate's that I accidentally broke.They are much thicker and heavier than my roommates glasses although I do think they're still a deal.They came nicely packaged, no chips or anything, and the company's customer service is willing to take care of any issues.

The wine glasses are expensive looking and exactly what I was looking for.HOWEVER, the glasses BROKE after I used them once. These wine glasses are EXTREMELY thin! & despite my attempt to be very careful washing these, they broke after one use. I bought them specifically because of the description that full refund will be provided if the products are not satisfactory. I emailed the seller asking for refund, with no response from the seller so far. Will update the review if anything changes
