I must say that it’s not as long and you’ll be able to turn your wheel a good amount about before it hitting a part of your truck but it does the job either way. I assume it won’t be an issue for smaller vehicles. I think the functionality is on point—which is to deter bad guys from trying to break into the vehicle, thinking it’ll be easy to steal. The lock function is cheap but also I must add that this is easy to install and durable for its price!

I had the passenger side window broken out in a brazen daylight burglary attempt on my car, and I heard that Kias are in great demand for car thieves. That made me pretty nervous because my car is a Kia! I started using my automatic wheel lock and got this wheel lock bar and I feel much better that my car will be where I last put it! It's super easy to use and I thought I might tend to not do it over time, but I use it each time I park my car in the spot where it got broken into, no problem. It's also very sturdy and I feel that it could be used as advertised to break out of the car if needed or even to fend off a robber. It's a great product!

In today’s world, you can’t be too careful with your car. I bought this steering lock and was very happy with how it’s made especially with the piece that screws on the end in case you need to break glass out, that’s an extra bonus the lock and the sliding mechanism work very well and I would highly recommend this.

This lock is well built and is cosmetically pleasing. It looks good in my car with the black interior and smaller size.I drive a Kia Soul with a small steering wheel. This lock doesn't fit tightly against my steering wheel. There's too much play. It's still a deterent, though and my car probably can't be driven. It might fit better on a larger steering wheel.I will keep it though, despite the one small problem.

It's heavy, but that's what you want in an anti-theft device, right? That said, it's really solid and reassuring... at least it feels that way...

A couple of months ago I ordered a lock that didn't fit my car .(Kia Soul) The steering wheel was to thick for it,so I returned it. I have been concerned about some kids breaking in and stealing it,so I ordered this lock and I love it ! There was no instructions how to use it, but it is so easy you don't need instructions. It will fit quite a few sizes of steering wheels. It is money well spent knowing my car will be setting where I parked it when I come out of a store!

I enjoy this steering wheel lock. It does the job and mine has not malfunctioned or anything like that. The only thing to consider is that the sun will make the metal really hot and the key was a real pain to get on my key chain it is a fat key and is not made to be attached to your set of keys, my metal ring is now really stretched out and now my keys get caught. And the window breaker tip is not attached to the stick itself for some reason it's a screw-on, and mine falls off a lot.
