Device has 30-min auto timer, so will switch off suddenly when the timer runs out. Continue using by pressing the power button. And it may swithch off suddenly when overheat protection activated after long time use, pls let it cool down 15-30 mins.

Check if adapter is plugged into socket; Check if adapter outlet is connected to device power inlet wire; Check if device have been used for more than 30 mins. If so, let device rest for 15 mins before continuing.
