Waste of money
Not good at all, not working Waist of money

For starters, the packaging was pretty good. It definitely gave the appearance of a solid and premium product, which I wouldn’t have expected for a diffuser. The instructions also made the process seem straight forward. Pretty much remove all plastics, unlock the reservoir, fill, then place it back and plug in. This is where things get iffy. For starters, you aren’t really able to see much of the vapor coming out to know it’s functioning properly unless you hold a light (In my case, a phone light) to the nozzle. Only then will you see a faint stream. Next, it took a while for the smell to really become noticeable. No, I didn’t use the company brand oil because I enjoy having an arm and a leg. However, this shouldn’t invalidate any sort of use with the product. Instead, I found a scent for half the price for the same amount, and it had plenty of nice reviews. This brings me to my next point… the noise. Unless I got the most poorly assembled refurbished unit (which everything, including the Amazon box, came without a dent.), this thing is anything but quiet. I’m currently in my bedroom and hear the unit vibrating in the living room. The hum on its own might not have been so bad if half the volume, but the sound of metal vibrating is anything but quiet, let alone noise free. To be frank, if I didn’t desperately want to counter the dogs smells in my house, I would have returned it for this fact alone. Finally, and probably most important of all, I didn’t even get to experience it’s full fragrance output for a week because of not noticing what is now a senseless attachment on the container tubing. There’s a black (rubber filter?) piece with holes on the end of the stem. After wondering why no vapor was coming out of the nozzle and I smelled little to no fragrance, I opened the bottle to find that the rubber piece had melted onto and inside of the tubing due to putting ONLY essential oil in the reservoir as advertised. Thankfully, my wife is good with tinkering and needles & carefully removed the melted gunk from the tube. After this and filtering out rubber pieces in the oil, my overpriced diffuser now fills the room with scent, just as long as it’s not movie night or something requiring a quiet room. TLDR: The product looks and feels premium, but it makes WAY more noise than advertised. It also has a design flaw with the filter piece that will melt in the reservoir since it’s made of the wrong material (Company will likely blame it on the oil concentrate not being their brand). Otherwise, it definitely puts out fragrance. Is it worth the price? - No Does it have potential? - Yes Would I recommend it? For the price, no.

Update: 08 June 2025. They changed their app, it sucks. Now you have to choose by intensity instead of controlling how often and how long you want the scent. I liked the old app when you could see when it actually kicked on. Now I can’t smell it at all even at a level 10 and have no clue if they’re even on. (Since my last post, we have moved and I now have 2 set up to my upstairs and downstairs HVAC units. I used the mahogany coconut oil from Walmart during summer and cashmere during winter. With the old app I could smell the scent.) Review as of June 30th, 2024. I've had mine for a year and haven't had any issues. Still works on time, no app issues, AND the aroma I used is still not empty. I don't run it when we're at work because I don't feel it's necessary to fumigate our dogs. Although fumigate is probably too strong a word. It fumigates the 5ft radius around it, outside of that the strength of smell gets less and less. Like I kept it in living room, but couldn't smell it in kitchen 20 feet away. 1700sq ft home. HOWEVER, to that person that said it definitely doesn't cover the whole house, that's because you have to connect a tube from the device to your air handler. I couldn't do that before because the air handler was on the roof, we've since moved and now I'm headed to home depot to get plastic tubing since our air handlers are in the attic and have outlets up there. I'll come back to update the review, but I honestly think it will work. (Schedule as follows: 6am to 8am, 1100 to 1pm, 4pm to 9pm, 60 seconds every 30 minutes.) Side note: my aroma was the Cashmere diffuser scent from Walmart. You don't have to get an expensive brand. Although, I have been on the hunt for the scent from The Mirage hotel in Las Vegas, but I did just get the Marriott Villas from another company which is kinda close.)

I truly loved this machine until I didn't 😒. I bought it in November 2024, its July 2025 and it quit diffusion. No mist was coming out. I was past my return eligibility so I contacted customer service. After a difficult process of showing (video) them that it was not working they suggested I spend even more money on a replacement nozzle. It took 10 days to recieve the new nozzle. When it arrived I replaced it right away because I really miss the pleasure of a beautiful scented room. Yep you guessed it, it still did not work. I could hear it but still no diffusion. So I broke out the screw driver and took it apart, I knew I was going to get a whole lot of nothing out of customer service. Low and behold I discovered the hose from the pump had detached as you can see in the attached picture. Once I reattach the hose it returned to its diffusion magnificence 🥰. So before you ditch it because customer service is less than helpful, check to see if your hose is attached. Just six screws on the back and you can detach the front. Be careful when removing as there are wires attached to both front and back. The hose slides back on easily. I will purchase another hose to have on hand probably available at any hardware store. This part likely wears out over time and use. I hope this review helps. Don't Ditch It, Fix It 🙌🇺🇸

Maybe it's just my newfound love of aroma diffusers in general, but this is the only one I've ever owned. I like this product so much I just bought a second one for my office at work, and soon hope to get folks asking about why it smells so good suddenly. My dept just moved into an *older* building ('60s) on the campus I work on and so it will help mitigate that old, stuffy smell. My favorite aroma is Sentai. It's very relaxing. At home, I set it to run sometimes in the middle of the night (~12am-1am) and find that I sleep better on those nights. I don't run it every night, though - after all, the 5 oz. aromas are not inexpensive. Dubai is a very lemon-y scent - it's pleasant but not quite my jam. I've run it once in the office so far. Haven't actually tested the other scents yet. The units are easy to maintain, and cleaning it and changing out scents is very easy. A couple of things I wish were inherently different: there is an incessant blinking blue light on one end. This seems unnecessary. I also wish it would power up without making a beeping noise, or maybe if the noise could be far more muted and less sharp that could work too. But overall, I obviously like it and would recommend it.
