It was an absolute miracle for me! I had neck pain so severe (I'm 63) that I was taking prescription meds and they barely touched it. Literally 1 night on this pillow gave me relief. Now that I've had it a week I literally wake up pain free! I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this pillow. We were considering neck surgery my pain was so severe.

Hi, Our cervical pillow has two heights (Standard-3.5"/4.4", Queen-4.1"/5.2") for sleep. And if you still feel too high, there is a removable piece of memory foam (0.8" thick) at the bottom, allowing you to lower the pillow. Yes! They give you 100 days vs, the usual 30 days. It even comes with a 10-year warranty! I bought the wrong size and I sent mail to them. They quickly replied to me and gave me a replacement. Great service and wonderful product!

I am not sure, but I am 4’11” and 130 pounds. The standard pillow has been perfect for me.
