Excellent! Well built and scratchy enough that you can really dig in, but well designed so that you don't draw blood! I'm not saying that hitting the spot with this is better than sex but it's probably better than any sex you can have on your own, one handed.

I suffer with a terrible itchy back after spine operations, which is a side effect.On top of meds that also Ramp up the itching, sometimes I can drive me crazy.I've had scratchers over the years, but lost the one I've had for many years, so I needed a replacement, which all I can say is I wish I'd lost it years ago.This one really hits the spot, it's not designed to rip, but all I can say with force it can remove the top layer of skin.Of course you don't have to go crazy with pressure, but for me it was blessed relief, and after, my back felt totally itch free and alive, and in my situ' I can't describe the feeling of a non itchy back!!It's telescopic, but the outward levels are strong alloy and doesn't bend, plus the 'rake' on the end is solid, you'd never bend it, thats on for good, so it's built very well, but I find just extending the first two too three thicker telescopic poles from the handle grip, reaches everywhere needed, be it from the top or bottom positioned.So it's built to last, unlike many thiner tele' scratchers you find in gift shops, that are like old school car FM Antennas, the grip handle is perfect, and the device can be used hard enough to scratch the most irritating itch into oblivion.12/10 guys, you can't imagine how much this has helped me!!

I've had a lot of different scratches and this one is far bigger and sturdier than others! Unfortunately it's not quite strong enough and broke at the point most of these do (metal bent and snapped between head and handle), but it lasted 6 months which is better than most of these for me, and was much nicer to use than others due to the large size and sturdy handle. I've just ordered my second for myself and one for my wife!
