We had a leak in a slab-on-grade house after we had a lightening strike to the house. We could hear water running, but couldn't isolate the leak. Started listening through the concrete where we could hear the water running and got to a point where I could actually hear the water spraying. Broke out the tile and concrete, and there it was, a pinhole leak where the copper pipe was against a piece of rebar. Saved a lot verses having to hire a professional leak detection service.

I have tried and tried to use this thing - I have a leak / broken sprinkler supply line (1 inch) - no wet spot on the ground - I know there is pressure on the line - when I open the valve at one end I get about an 1/8th cup of water after building up for several days. I tried shutting off then on and repeat at one foot intervals (60 times). Going to have to call a professional to find the leak (180.00) - then I will dig it up and repair the line.

The headphones was too irritating. The product would be good for wall leaks.

It is a typical Chinese junk. The instructions are very poorly written and are not complete. There is a slot on the side that is not addressed. The unit does not detect water leaks in the underground pipes at all, but I know for a fact that there is a leak. I will have to contact a company that can locate the leak. I don't recommend this product.

It probably can find a leak in a wall but not underground.

this item is not working,I charged more than 5 hours,the led light never become green ,I tried to use few times,I can't use this machine to find leak location,how to return this item?
