I had issues with the app uploading the “Free Type,” which is a “Text” you want to put on the screen. I messaged customer service and they gave me a huge deal, for my troubles! I did not have issues with uploading videos! That was my only complaint, but thanks to David for working with me! The quality of the backpack is very good! The style and storage capacity! The function of the videos work very well! I highly recommend, just be cautious on the app!

I bought this backpack for my 8 year old son for Christmas as one of his wow gifts after he saw something similar on Vat19 and expressed interest in having one. The battery pack is not included- you have to buy that separately. The one we got has an awesome battery life and I actually only charged it once right before Christmas and now almost an e tire month later it still has more than 50% charge. The app takes a few minutes to learn (app instructions are grossly lacking) but not difficult to figure out by just playing around with it for a while. We actually change the gifs and images almost daily and it’s a quick process. The backpack could be a bit more spacious inside and the image can look a bit blurry in spots where there is a little gap between the led’s and the protective cover, but I still give this 5 stars. My son absolutely loves it and loves showing it to his friends every day so they can see the new pictures. It lets him express himself and gives us something creative to do together.

I bough this backpack for my teenage daughter. It is a very good and complete backpack, as in it has different pockets for laptop as well as side storage for bottle of water or equivalent. What makes it very different is obviously the LED display in the back. It is really neat and different. One would connect with a smartphone using an app that is provided through the app store (I have an iPhone, but I understand there is an app for Android as well). The app is very intuitive. You can upload pictures, write text and then even make small animations very easily (it is really meant for teenagers / kids). Additionally, if we go out at night for a walk, there is no way somebody (especially cars - I always think safety with my kids) would not see her. I have never said this in a review, but for the first time, I really loved a product and I recommend it.

It's a cute backpack, and the graphics are really nice! I love that there are so many to choose from. The only thing I didn't like, was the fact that it doesn't fit much.

It was a Christmas gift for my hubby. He LOVES this bag. His only complaint involved the app. Outside of this, is perfect!

This backpack is great and my son absolutely loves it! We have had so much fun with it. Great customer service too, we got a response immediately when we had trouble and they fixed it right away. The company stands by their products.
