I bought this beepers, because I own a food truck and with winter around the corner I didn’t want my customers to be waiting in the cold weather. What I like about this product is that they cover a good amount of distance, they’re loud too, so I think It's worth it. And it's worth the price. The size and the weight are perfect.

Our restaurant has seating a good 150 feet away from the base, and they work perfectly. Wish if there was a built in alarm so it notifies us when people leave with them... we lose many to forgetful customers who don't return them...

Super disappointed in this product! We purchase to replace an old page system we had forever. It’s been just over a month and 2 pagers are completely not work. The whole things stops charging. It’s been just over 30 days so no refund available. Complete junk. Buy from a different one to buy!

Surprise to know it works well. Granted the vibration could use some work, but it’s a good thing it produces sounds. The beeping sound is very loud. Great for small businesses.

These have great range. Have had them about a year now and none of them are failing. Only thing is the papers on top/plastic part are falling off. But that's an easy fix if I buy my own stickers - and hey could even put my logo on it instead.

I like the setup and the system, but I have found that if the customer accidently hits the button on the side it cancels the alert which has been happening pretty often. So I have to tell my customers make sure not to hit the side. also the range seems to be very short

I ordered the set of 16 about 5 years ago and they worked very well but over time we lost a few pagers and some were damaged. Ordered the set of 10 this time and the sound when paging is very mechanical and staticky. 2 of the 10 pagers don’t work. Will exchange and see if the new set is any better.
