Questionable for sea level
As a competitive athlete that lives at sea level, I am skeptical about Altitude Boost efficacy, but the ingredients listed do have cardiovascular and lung efficiency support. I have trained at high altitudes, and supplementing iron is something I would do. But at training at sea level, I typically wouldn't take extra iron unless the humidity is high over consecutive days. I do know that NAC helps with breathing and lung capacity. B vitamins provide energy support. I like the presumption of the product, and I look forward to testing it out. But knowing that you still have to do the "work" to gain any benefits and whether or not they are from the Altitude Boost supplements or just from aerobic improvement will be up to the user. I just don't put blind faith in supplements alone.

I can't really say....
I can't say for sure if these were entirely beneficial for altitude because I live in Kansas. They're vitamins. They do provide a boost of energy but not like a pre-workout or energy drink or something like that. I mean, it's beneficial and works in that way. They're large sized, so a bit difficult to swallow.

Elevate Your Performance with Altitude Boost
Altitude Boost offers a unique approach to enhancing performance through high-altitude training in a bottle. With a blend of Alpha Lipoic Acid, Iron, and Vitamin B12, this supplement is designed to increase VO2 max, endurance, and oxygen utilization. What sets Altitude Boost apart is its innovative formula, which mimics the effects of high-altitude training without the need to actually be at high altitude. I've been using this supplement for a while now, and I've not noticed a significant improvement yet in my endurance and overall performance. The convenience of Altitude Boost makes it easy to incorporate into your training routine. While individual results may vary, I highly recommend Altitude Boost for athletes and fitness enthusiasts looking to take their performance to the next level.

Hard to say if this actually does anything
Can't say I've noticed a difference in my athletic performance after taking this supplement compared to not taking it, but can't think of it being bad to take a little extra B vitamin and iron. Tablets are large as others noted, but can be swallowed.

Great If You’re Currently Not Taking Other Supplements
As an endurance cyclist I was keen to try these. I watch my performance stats pretty closely, including my lung capacity, HRV, and so forth, and I can tell when a supplement affects me either positively or negatively. From what I can tell these possibly had a positive affect, but it’s a little difficult to judge since I take other supplements that share some common ingredients. Based on that, if you are currently not taking any supplements, then I do recommend these because is seems to be a no-nonsense product. I don’t really believe their claim that it can truly “mimic” high-altitude training, but it’s better than taking nothing if you’re looking for performance gains.

Smell terrible upon opening, like rotten eggs - not risking taking them
Unfortunately I cannot state whether or not these worked for me since the bottle smelled like rotten eggs upon opening and I'm not comfortable taking them. It was properly secured with both an external and internal safety seal so they were not tampered with and the printed expiration date is still around 18 months in the future, but I do not want to take the risk of consuming these in case they are spoiled somehow (due to transportation conditions or something similar). Hopefully this is an isolated incident and the product works well for others.

Medium-Large Tabs
To be honest these are not huge tablets, they would be equivalent to the size of jumbo capsules approximately just slightly bigger. To test these, I used exclusively for my pre-cardio prepation which includes caffeine. I live in the high desert region of California, the altitude here is 3,000 ft above sea level, so while I am already used to the elevation, climate and temperature changes by now, any extra boost is welcome to my cardio and exercise regimen. One thing I can say Ive noticed is less shortness of breath, which is what I normally have in 5 min interval jog training (treadmil, 5speed/3 elevation+). I run 30 minutes in a fasted state, I can tell what works and what is not adding. I would say for my case its working.

Contains fillers and flow agents
Not a fan of magnesium stearate as this can build up in the body and act as a free radical. Also extremely pricey to be including cheap ingredients and fillers
