I bought this for my grandson and he absolutely loves it! When packing it away for the winter the rod broke. I contacted the company and they responded the NEXT day. Issue was solved and they replaced the broken rod in 1 week. I can't speak highly enough of this company. They stand up to their garentee with no questions asked. I purchased this combo set for my grandson. I also purchased a two-year protection plan. In the description of the product it came with a one year unconditional replacement guarantee it says, “you break it we replace it”. The tip of the pole broke, and the real keeps binding. The two-year extended coverage doesn’t wanna cover it because it still has a one year manufacturers warranty. The seller will not contact me back, I have sent two messages. Amazon only wants to issue a refund. I don’t want a refund I want it replaced.Update ***I was able to get in touch with the manufacturer. They were very apologetic and issued a replacement right away.
