Yes it would be but this one does not chill but works great. I love it and have 2. One inside and one outside.

Hello Leila,Of course it would fit in a refridgerator and will eventually chill the wine. But, with a footprint of ~8" wide x 9.5" deep and 12.5" tall, it takes up plenty of space. The box wines (white) that we refrigerate are left in their cardboard boxes and work fine. In my opinion, this dispenser looks very nice on our bar. It would seem counter-productive to spend the money for a nice item like this and then hide it in a refrigerater; and then sacrifice the space it needs.Vennie

Q: Will this only work with boxed wine, or can you some how pour bottles of wine in it?

You definitely would have to use boxed wine. It works with a pressure mechanism to push the boxed wine from the bag and dispense it. It would not work with bottles at all.

Q: How long does the wine last after first use

As long as you don't open the bag...it'll be good for weeks...according to the company...I haven't had one long enough to know.
