Brings back many memories of yesteryears as I play this delightful, classic board game with my grandchildren. They want to play again & again!

Excellent
It was excellent. People in England should be able to play Candyland 1,000 times. Niamh age 6.

Candy Land is fun but the game board is not sturdy.
The game board is folded in fourths, instead of the old way of folding in half. Apparently the manufacturer wanted to use a cheaper, smaller games box. However, the extra folds makes it much harder for a young child to figure out the correct order of folding and it began to tear on the first try. My 40 year old Candy Land game was folded in half and is still in good condition.Other than that, my 3.5 year old grandson, loved the game!

Good for teaching colours for the very young
Bought as a present for my granddaughter. I remember playing with my children. Apparently it can take forever to play as you keep getting sent back to the start. Can be frustrating for very young children

Basic board game race to the end that's it
It was ok, but it's a bit basic. Start, then finish then game over. Nothing interesting happens during the game. I wrote on some of the squares with a pen, like back 3 spaces or name 10 different sweets... Etc. Just to jazz it up or it would have been too basic. I feel it's worth £15 not the £25 it's advertised for.
