Whilst I thought they’d work, they fit well due to the different sizes they come in. However, they make me breathe louder and I can’t figure out why. They are also somewhat uncomfortable and have found that an air purifier is the best remedy for virtually non existent snoring!

It does do what it says. When you put it on you can feel your nose breathing like you feel it should straight away. But it gets a bit uncomfortable. I think it should work great with deviated septums if your can't really breath at night. Although a bit uncomfortable I can see someon getting used to it. Because my case isn't that bad, I will pass. However if you struggle at night, I'd definitely try these ones first. They're good quality, hold well in the nose, really open up those airways and they're so cheap compared to other brands that are selling you the exact same thing. I say give it a go.

I wanted to try them see if my nose can bread normally. I try them but i feel in my nose so didn’t help me so maybe need to operate. They are soft when you touch them but you can feel the when you put inside nose even the little ones. Maybe they are good for others. Value for money i think yes you find 4 payrs inside

While these were more comfortable than they looked, and seemed to work when I first fell asleep they never felt secure and I never woke up with both of them still in my nose. I tried three of the four sizes provided: the smaller ones fell out immediately, sometimes one of the larger ones lasted all night but one missing insert was enough to keep my banished to the spare room. I probably just have odd-shaped nostrils because the idea seems sound, they just don't quite work for me.

Having broke my nose breathing especially at night has been bad because nostrils are reduced in size wearing these at night opens them and I can breath ....no idea if it stops my snoring....

Not as described poor fit and dont really work that well kind of uncomfertable to wear for long.

It's good while it stays in your nose, I'm a side sleeper and I tend to move about in my sleep every night since I've had it on has felt great but despite having the right size on and even tried the size down they just come out, while sleeping they are effective if you manage to keep them on but for side sleepers and someone who keeps moving on the bed they dont stay intact at all regardless of what size you have on.
