I am loving my new cissus quadrangularis extract because I like how it makes my joints feel. Normally, especially when it gets cold my joints particularly my knees and ankles, gets tight feeling and sometimes makes walking sometimes painful. I am young too, 25 years old with no surgeries. I feel that the cissus helps my tight joint issue. I hear it helps with bone density so I am happy to have it for that too. I am a woman so automatically need help keeping my bones dense and preventing osteoporosis. I do feel the difference. I also recommend taking this with a diet high is dark green vegetables to get the calcium and magnesium that your bones and joints need. Also eat enough fats to lubricate the joints.

My 14 yr. old Lab. has issues with her hind legs. Giving her the Anti-inflammatory which is not only off the charts expensive, it can cause liver damage. I also have neck, joint issues from an auto accident.. We both take one twice a day.. This is the first bottle, I have reduced my dogs medication since she is showing positive results, I am also feeling less irritation in my effected area.It has made it to my list of positive results, and I plan ordering on a regular basis.When dealing with older animals as well as yourself, you must be proactive in researching and finding alternative's that are safe and will work for you instead of the pricy 10 minute move em in move em out collect the dollars we are now seeing everywhere, very often misdiagnosed.

I've been taking Cissus on and off and have noticed that there seems to be a correlation between my irritability and cissus. I had 3 periods of taking Cissus for a few weeks and each time I notice I am angry. Normally I'm pretty easy going but I've tried to see if pain was the factoring cause of my bad mood but honestly I'm more convinced it's the Cissus. Maybe it's just me but I thought it was worth mentioning after almost 2 years of using it after injury. I've tried to search for information about this side effect and there is absolutely nothing about irritability being a side effect. The research is not strong and from what I've read the best research seems to be anecdotal. Since that's the case I really want to share my experience. I'm stopping all Cissus because even though it gave some relief I rather deal with the pain than the agitated mood it put me in. If you're reading this and have experienced a similar reaction or may just have woken up to an ahha moment please share. My original review ("Package arrived in good time and shape. No exaggeration - wish I had found Cissus Quadrangularis Extract long ago. I’m pre-ankle replacement bone-on-bone pain (wear an Aircast brace daily) but, in a Pandemic, I don’t want to be near a hospital. Cissus really has lowered my daily pain and increased mobility! When I don’t take Cissus, the joint and muscle pains ramp up again (night and day). I take one 500 mg. capsule 2 to 3 x daily with a meal. In addition to pain reduction, Cissus has been a positive mood enhancer; when you are in pain THAT is important! And I did NOT get paid for this review. Hope it helps you.

I bought because an NIH study suggested it would help with weight loss. Not for me. I have no idea about its other benefits.

I've had some bad flare ups with shoulder and hand joint pains. While you will not see immeadiate relief taking this, it does make a noticable difference a couple weeks in. If you have any sort of joint pain, I recommend at least checking this out and giving it a shot. It's worked for myself and several others I've mentioned it to. It's a great natural and cheap place to start for anyone with joint pains.

I've just ordered my second bottle of this supplement. My daughter recommended that I try it for joint support, and reduction of the inflammatory process that accompanies my osteoarthritis symptoms. I'm very thankful that her research found this product. If I miss taking this supplement for a day or two, my body knows it, and I can feel the stiffness, pain and achiness that accompanies osteoarthritis increase. I am able to accomplish less on days that I don't take the supplement, and movement is definitely impacted. I'm getting ready for a second knee replacement surgery, and will be counting on this supplement to assist in post surgical recovery, and be an active senior.

I bought this herb, Cissus Quadrangularis, because the Estroven brand claims this herb “helps manage weight.” However, nowhere online does it state that this herb helps in weight management. Online, advertisements claim it promotes healthy joints and bones, erases joint pain and lowers Cortisol levels. Well, for 25 years, I have been dealing with above moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis. I decided to give it a chance. I bought the NatureBell brand, because of the more mg per serving and more capsules per bottle. I have been taking two per day along with other vitamins, herbs and prescriptions. I intend to use this herb for a six-month period.
