It allows you to color your fondant or gumpaste with rich and vibrant colors. This product was previously sold as Chromadust Hybrid Food Color Ivory. This color is FDA approved, Canada Health approved and EU approved.Fondust coloring will not change the consistency or taste of your fondant or gumpaste. The 12 gram container will color approximately 10 pounds of fondant or gumpaste to a deep color. These colors are perfect for cookie dough, French macarons, buttercream icings, royal icing or any foods you wish to color. *Gumpaste and fondant that contain Titanium Dioxide (white food coloring) will require additional powder to achieve deep colors.
