Disappointed. Item received was not what was advertised. Received normal l'oreal eye make up remover not the eye and lip remover for waterproof mascara.Item did not remove waterproof mascara. Had used the advertised item previously hence the reason for purchase.

Second time using it, just shake and use on cotton pad and it works well

I used AHAVA gentle eye makeup remover from Ulta for years, and now its hard to find. My eyes get irritated with most eye make up removers, and I don't like the greasy film they leave. I found some botanical ones that were ok but took scrubbing which is not a good thing. This one does the trick with little rubbing, doesn't irritate my eyes and is reasonably priced. Sticking with it.

I usually wash my face with a face wash just after using the remover to remove stubborn waterproof makeup and that works for me.. this product is really mild but does a thorough job of makeup removal as it claims to. I have used makeup removers from other brands as well but some how I keep coming back to this one all the time..

This product is okay but it's not the best makeup remover I've tried. I'm not going to re-purchase and keep trying others to find one that works better.
