Really well made and very sturdy. Not the smallest of blenders but, it does a great job. Easy to clean if you do it straight after using. The glass jug is quite heavy but, it's obviously good quality, the speeds are perfectly adequate for most blending most things. And it's very easy to set up and use. For the price, you'll be hard pushed to find better, even some of the more expensive ones won't match the quality, the glass jug really is far better than any of the plastic ones.

Good blender with glass container so good for hot items. Reasonable value for money. My partner was very pleased with it.

Had this item about 18 months. Very noisy in operation and often does not chop fully. Cutting blade is removable to wash the jug fully, however, the threads in the jug that secure the cutter are flimsy and weak. This has resulted in threads breaking rendering the blender unusable. Having a 2 year warranty I expected a replace part to be supplied. The UK customer service people say that this is a consumable part and not a defective item. Seriously?? It broke because the plastic is too weak. Won’t be buying anymore M R products. Avoid this item like the plague.

Good quality blender, strong enough to crush ice and make good smoothies. Slight smell of smoke on the first few uses if overused / overfilled, but this won’t happen if you don’t try to make a thick mixture. Easy to clean with dishwasher safe parts, so another win there. Quite loud in operation but that’s to be expected with most blenders. 3 functions are good for their niche uses, however I find myself mainly using the 30s blend function.

Blender was great worked a treat however the blade broke and i spilled what i was blending everywhere when to buy a replacement from morphy richards and they refunded my spare part order because they dont have spare blades in stock meaning im stuck with a blender that cant hold liquid. All blender companys should have easy to find spare parts websites that have in stock parts. If the blender was obsolete or discontinued i would understand but its still being sold so it should have spares.
