Listen to me, I am 61 yrs old, I was my wife's "P.C.A" so 8 know how to read "labs/blood work" about 2 weeks after I started taking these I saw my doctor & asked her to draw blood because I wanted to see how I'm doing, EVERYTHING was in the "normal" range, EVERYTHING, I don't think I was that healthy at 30 yrs old

High serving size
Don’t let the count fill you it looks like it has more servings than most other supplements but you actually have to take a few of these daily.

Do not take on an empty stomach
I do have slightly more energy and feel more cognitive. My work outs do last a little longer. Just dont take on an empty stomach
