Ive been using this system to grow lettuce, works okay for starting the seeds till about half way till harvest for most types, the height of the levels are too small in order to get a full sized head of lettuce. Setup was okay, besides all the labels were in chinese, not a huge problem. Had to watch a video setup guide. Somethings I don't like about it, not really quite had lots of water dripping noises, I tried to figure out where it was coming from and see if I could fix it. Noticed that pretty much all the black tubing that runs down the system, most of the pieces were cracked and had huge chunks missing, with just one piece was taped up. I don't if that suppose to be normal, incase of overflow but I taped up the pieces and stuck some foam cubes underneath the draining holes, that stopped the noise but also restricted proper water flow. Not a huge deal, still works all the same. Overall for the price, very expensive, looks great, for the price they should of added fans, then maybe its worth it. Do some research and build your own, will be much happier and better.

Just received product yesterday. Product didn’t come with instructions but gave the YouTube video to my 9 year old son and he had it assembled in 30 minutes. Only recommendation is to pay attention to the water tube risers on the back left. There is one with a shorter black tube that needs to be used at the top level.

There are not a lot of options with the entire setup so we decided to go with this one as we are newer to using hydroponics. The idea of all in one is the only thing I can say I like about this system. The setup is extremely difficult and time consuming. Some of the pieces came cracked but we were still able to use them and the idea of taking it apart was so awful we decided to fix and use what we could to make it work. There are still pieces that we have no idea what they go to or their use. Once we got it setup the electronic settings are a nightmare and the instruction manual does NOT help. Then when we added water to the tub below we realized that the main tank had a huge crack in it leaking all over the floor again another fix we had to do. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND, SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND PATIENCE!

Unbelievably difficult to assemble, despite YouTube videos

I love the design and the lights work well in my unit. My pump system doesn’t work and customer service either can’t figure out how to troubleshoot and fix it or they aren’t interested. Added my own pumping system. Unit is too expensive not to fully work and owners need to be prepared to do their own repairs.
