Thank you. I bought this as a body soap over 3 years ago. Moving into a new spot last week, I found the 2nd bar and put it at the kitchen sink. I realized a few days ago that this apartment has a/c in the ceiling (in the bathroom) and bought a uv light to check for mold. This place lit up like a crime scene. I tried it all (concrobium, vinegar, pine sol, and even resorted to kilz tonight). I had the I’ve flashlight on and saw that my nails were moldy from scrubbing without gloves and washed my hands with your soap. Like magic, the mold disappeared. I mean gone. Instantly. I made soapy water and washed a spot on the wall and the mold disappeared. I waited for it to dry. Still no mold. I poured my soapy water into the paint tray and “painted” the wall. I have no mold. I don’t know what kind of mold I had but it’s gone (I dipped the roller, squeezed most of the excess and rolled. Dipped the paint brush and did corners, small spaces etc). When I say thank you, you have no idea how grateful I am for your soap. I just ordered the mold soap and two more athletic soaps. So….thank you, you ended my suffering.

I bought this soap for my husband. After a workout our regular soap just was not... doing the job. Even the bathroom still smelled stinky. My husband has also had reactions to some soaps so I was a little worried if this would be good for him. It works wonderfully. If I put my nose up to the bar of soap it has a citrus smell, but after a shower the bathroom does not smell like anything and neither does my husband. I know he would have hated something that left him smelling like flowers or really anything else. He has had no skin reactions. This is a winner. I have ordered several times and really need to get a subscription going. This is a winner.

I like it. I use it for my hands. It is gentle onmy skin , effective and smells good. Reccommend.

I have been using this Athletic Bar Soap for about 2 years now. Unfortunately, I get yeast in my crotch area sometimes due to high sugar in my blood, which make for a climate where the yeast can grow wild.The soap is gentle but very effective at keeping the yeast at bay if used every day. It also cleans the skin well without drying it out and no strong odor.Another interesting thing....I have noticed that there is NO black stuff growing in my stall shower floor since using this soap every morning. I let the cleaning go for 3 months and still....no black growth, which is probably mold. This fact demonstrates how well the soap is controlling yeast and mold.Also, it is very reasonably priced for what it does, I think.Highly recommended.BobztEngineer

I'm not saying this product isn't good; it's just not good for me. I thought it might help me with this fungal rash that I have, but it caused the area to get really red and somewhat itchy. I have an autoimmune problem so anything new might get a reaction. That being, I stopped using the product because of my situation, but the product might be good for someone else. I couldn't give the product 5 stars, but I didn't want to give it 1 star either; so I stayed in the middle.

The smell of this reminds me of Citronella candles to keep insects away; just a bit more orangey/lemon. Beyond that I feel inclined to mention I started using this after I began treating with Home Health Antifungal Lotion - 1% Tolnaftate which is about as natural as you can get. I'm kinda done with putting petroleum based products in such places. So my results could be skewed a bit since it wasn't a true test of it's individual effectiveness. What I can say is that adding this bar amplified my results. Not to mention there is a specific use-case for each product one can be applied where the other couldn't so the combo worked well.To the reviewer that took a star off for how quick the bar dissolved I must fault them for not being informed. This company is EXTREMELY transparent about how they make their bars and why they dissolve easier. They even drive the point home further with an included business card cartoon warning that I doubt anyone would not glance at/read. They also recommend using this bar with a soap saver to minimize the dissolving due to it's high fat content. It's not a regular bar of soap and it shouldn't be used in such a way unless you're prepared to go through them rather quickly. It's pricey sure, but when you are in the situation such as this and you just want to get better, the soap does what it says it does. Depending on your situation, it might just be the best 14 bucks you've spent in a very long time.
