GREAT BREAD KNIFE
I.Love.This.Knife!!!!!I was contemplating buying a bread slicing thing, but i felt it might be combersome. I'd seen a lot of sourdough Bakers using this type knife, so I decided to try it. The sucker is AMAZING. Seriously. I made BEAUTIFUL slices, just exactly the width I wanted them. All perfect. You just set the blade where you want it and start sawing. The thing is SHARP. But comes with a blade protector and a bag. My best sourdough purchase. Hands down.

Good knife for sour dough
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased this to use for sour dough. I found it to be sharp enough and good quality but not very user friendly. If you are looking for a decent knife for larger loaves, this would do the trick but there are better options too. It's worth it's value but just not the best for my personal use.

Best bread knife ever!!
The media could not be loaded. SO extremely easy to use! This knife is sharp and functions different than any other knife I own. The change in hand position when using this knife is game changing and what attributes to this being such a great knife. It’s comfortable to use and worth the purchase!

Very sharp! No joke. I got a knick from just a touch. Respect your knife and always use the guard it comes with. You are limited on the size of the slice by the shape of the bow. But, I use it everyday.

Definitely recommend for sourdough bread - crispy outside and somewhat firm inside
I regularly make bread and found that on my sourdough bread this is the best knife to use. My sourdough has crispy crust and some what firm interior and this knife is better than any other I have. On my yeast bread that has a crust and a very soft inside it is same difficulty as my other knives.
