This shade in Burnt Scenery is just the color that I expected from the images, and the warmer shade of red looks lovely against my skin that's light with yellow undertones.This lip tint goes on in a thin liquid that feels exactly like water, but is buildable and can be applied for a light tint to a solid, rich color. When it dries to a matte finish it feels slightly powdery, and it does not dry out my lips at all. It does not settle into my lip lines, but in fact makes my lips look quite smooth and supple!This lip color dries quickly, lasts for several hours, and when it wears off it does leave a stain on my lips. I don’t wear a lot of makeup in general because my skin reacts to most cosmetics. That also makes me less fussy about freshening it up I think. I’ll put on a neutral shade of lipstick on the way out the door and that’s it. Now that I’m getting older, I’ve noticed I have more issues with lipstick bleed as well, so that limits my options too. I say all this first because I’m not a “normal” user and I think it helps explain why I value the things I do about this lip tint.First, it goes on smooth and doesn’t bleed. It looks almost natural once it’s on and I’m not having any reactions to it. The color also lasts a very long time. It doesn’t transfer. I can literally rub my hand across my lips and nothing comes off.The initial texture is somewhat weird. It goes on like a watery lip gloss and kind of feels greasy. Almost like a normal gloss, but greasier. But, within a few minutes, that weird texture is gone and the color sets in. It’s not glossy. It really could almost pass as natural lip coloring. I barely feel it once it’s on and don’t notice any texture or dryness.Very happy with it. I plan to pick up more shades.

I ordered this because I was curious about this watery gel texture that creates your own lip color almost when it is applied. The value you is a little much for the product, but I am tempted to even purchase in other colors even though the value is a bit high. After applying the lip color I immediately felt the watery feel of it and it appeared a sheer color at first as well. I let it settle on my lips for about 45 seconds and wow the color changed to this gorgeous matte mauve color. I applied two coats all together on top and bottom lip. I fell in love with how soft my lips felt. The pigment is fantastic and the lip color lasted a long time through me eating breakfast, drinking a soda, drinking from my water bottle and eating lunch as well. It lasted I wanted to say 6 hours, but had I not drank my entire 40 oz water bottle in an hour it probably would have lasted longer. I got a lot of compliments on my lipstick all day long. It was easy to apply and went on smoothly with no sticky feeling. I am so in love with this lip color and want to purchase in other colors as well. It never burned my lips nor did it have any sort of weird scent. I would recommend!

“Watery blur” is an accurate product description for this lip product. On my darker lips, this color does not show up nicely at all. The results look as if I had on red lipstick and wiped it off. It is extremely sheer, tingling, and drying on my lips. This is not a quality lip tint compared to others I’ve tried. It appears like lip oil on a hand swatch but applied to the lips it is too thin/watery. The product doesn’t stay put and move around. The bottle design and application wand are nice but the product needs some work for deeper skin tones. I would have suggested this for lighter pink lips but since it irritated my lips I’m not sure it’s the best option.
