The product quality is good

Not worth buying
Initially we purchased due to the looks but after 4 months of usage it started leaking from the bottom. The quality is not upto the mark which can be gauged by the cylinder quality. We now got it replaced with Jaguar which definitely costed twice but its quality is far ahead of this cheap product. One can witness quality difference easily.With my personal experience, avoid purchasing such cheap sanitary product as the cost of getting replacement ( plumber cost and inconvenience cost) is much higher then the product cost.

Superb product
The media could not be loaded. Great packaging… beautiful design.. Very good finish… same product received as seen on Amazon..Smooth flow.. Thanks Carnival Faucets and Amazon

Build quality is average
Even though it looks good in photos, when you receive the product, you can easily measure the quality at a glance. I will never suggest this one for your main handwash area. Spend some more money and get some other brand.

Bad product and product support
Tap started leaking in multiple points in the tap. After lot of follow ups, was able to get a replacement which again started leaking in a few days. Company denied replacing the product although within warranty period, stating product will be replaced only once. No such rul is highlighted in the product details. Money is wasted. Need Amazon to support customers in such fraudulent cases.
