9 Foot Black Angled Steel Fence Line Posts with Pre-Drilled Holes - 8 pk

Q: I love this idea for my small garden as we're in a very rural area with an aggressive deer population. Suggestions for a "gate"??

We set 4x4 posts about 4ft apart and built a “screen door” between the 4x4s. We put the 9 ft steel posts right next to the 4x4 Fence covers the entire garden area and the “door” is wide enough to get stuff in and out

Q: will this stake fit inside chicken wire that is 1 inch by 1 1/2 inches diamond shape?

-20 here now so can’t go out to check but am thinking that won’t work. We’ll use zip ties to attach our deer fence, which is like coated chicken wire, following around the outsides of the driven posts.

Q: Is there also a sleeve with a cap to insert the post into?

No sleeve. They did tolerate being hammered into the ground well

Q: How would you recommend orienting the post for the poly deer fencing?

Not sure what you mean. Flat side parallel with the net. Bury 18".
