I'm using it for arthritis and it seems to help making my knee "loosen up" to have greater flexion range. The brace is comfortable to wear, I'm female with an average sized knee and it fits well. It is comparable in support to other knee braces of similar type without the heating, so I've been walking around with it in the evening when its cool and in the 50's. The description says the heat levels are 111, 122 and 140 F respectively. When I used it, the temp readings were 131 F, then 145 and 165 so this would appear to be way off what the seller says. At the lowest level 131 F, wearing it over medium thick cotton sweats, its very comfortable and 145 is ok for a short time. 165 was too hot. I wore it for about 2 hours and it went down to 45% charge. I'm pretty impressed overall, I just don't know what to think about the temperature readings on the display and if its accurate because its not as described. The massage function is more of a vibration and its not significant enough to give me any relief but it doesn't hurt.

These massagers have a long run time. Without applying heat, mine can run continuously for 18+ hours. They don't time out like other massagers do. Turning on the heat will, of course, reduce the run time. Only problem I see with mine is that the charge percentage displayed on one seems to read wrong. The percentage will drop faster than the other until it shows 6%. But it will continue massaging for hours longer at "6%" before showing any more charge reduction. As far as their operation goes, I have had no complaints at all.Update: I'm removing a star from my review. I bought a 2nd set of these because I liked them so much. However, the one from the 1st set that the charge percentage drops quickly on has started malfunctioning in another way. It will abruptly stop massaging or completely shut off, even though the controls are locked. However, it will continue to heat when it's turned back on. It will not massage again until it's been completely shut off for a couple hours.

I had knee pain off and on and was getting worse. I looked at different heat/ massage knee pads. Most are expensive with lots of features that I don't need. I used this a few times and it gave me some relief. I didn't use the massage feature because I didn't want to make my knee worse. After arthroscopy, I found it to be a lifesaver. I wake up with very stiff and painful knee that I can't walk. I put this on for a minute or two and it gives relief so fast that I can walk with my cane, still a bit painful but I can walk, especially to the bathroom at night! It is very easy to use. I take it with me when going on car drives longer than 20 minutes and use it while sitting in the car when my knee feels stiff. I could drive myself this long and use it at the same time since it's my left knee that's affected. So far, my husband has been doing long drives at the moment. For the price and efficiency, I highly recommend it.

WoW this device has been worth every penny I'm suffering with IT Band Knee & I can't describe the pain in short it's insufferable & the pain feels like a bad fracture it does give pain relief the fit is good this is a quality item a luxury easy to use durability & design brilliant it really gets warm & the vibration is jus enough some advice do check with your Dr as this may not some be best for surgery/knee conditions as it may be aggravated it gets so warm I can only stand it on medium it takes a hot minute to charge tho & I can usually use it for over an hour and a half as my knee takes it well it's a good investment...

I purchased this knee massager in March 2024, and within 30 days, the vibrating feature stopped working. I returned it for a replacement, which I received in May 2024. Unfortunately, the replacement also failed, with the vibrating feature ceasing to function after just 6 weeks of use.Despite my initial hope that the first unit was simply defective, the same issue occurring twice suggests a fundamental problem with the product's quality or durability.When I contacted Amazon for support regarding the second failure, I was informed that this product is no longer eligible for return or replacement, which is both disappointing and frustrating.Given my experience, I do not recommend this knee massager to anyone. It has proven to be unreliable, and the lack of adequate support or warranty from the seller makes it a poor investment
