Mostly work, but might be the lights
I don't know if a three star review is completely fair as I have only used these to try and splice together waterproof strip lights. I've been successful about half the time. I think it's a combination of the waterproofing silicon and these splicers cutting through the light material and shredding it. These have worked and you only need a flat pair of pliers to splice them together so they are relatively simple to use.

Does as Advertised
These were perfect for connecting quickly multiple LED strips to the wires for connection to a power source. Seem to have a decent hold. Will update after a few months of use.

Does not work
This product does not make a good connection with stranded wire or the LED tape lights! Good idea, but it doesn't work!
